Hungry Jack's Burgers St Marys — Restaurant in Sydney

The Aussie girl at drive through was exceptionally polite and nice. While waiting for my order at the window after paying, I still see few staffs just standing around chatting. The Aussie girl and Asian girl working there that night between those time frame mentioned were two of the focused workers there. The Aussie girl made the chai latte right. Think she belongs at a cafe. I thank her for her work.

As for my meal, I tried the brisket which was displayed on advertisements, unfortunately didn't like it. My favourites still remains as bacon deluxe burger, junior cheese whopper, classic jacks fried chicken burger. The Biscoff shake, not really much taste of the Biscoff flavours. It needs more Biscoff flavour in the drink. But anyways, shown some improvement at that store. The classic fried Jack's burger was cooked perfectly. Loved the heat of the burger when you bite into it, the steam comes out. It's how those burgers should be.and the chicken was crispy on the outer part and tender inside. Love it when it's hot. Most stores just make it warm or Luke warm or even cold. As before...... SHOCKING!!! Tuesday 11th June 2024 Between 8pm - 9:30pm.

went to drive through and the only nicest person there was the pacific Islander girl.

I had ordered big jack burger, bacon deluxe burger, JUNIOR CHEESE WHOPPER, chicken fries, flat white with extra shot of coffee. They had given me TWO BACON DELUXE BURGERS INSTEAD OF ONE. i was missing a junior cheese whopper!!! When I received the meal through the drive thru window, the short Asian girl there just handed me a bag. Didn't even say things like "have a good night" or "enjoy your night" or even a "thank you" Instead she just handed the bag and kept her mouth shut and walked away from the window. WHAT kind of service was that? I said thank you anyways but doubt if she heard me since she walked away just like that. 🙄😑 She needs to learn how to provide good customer service. (This is coming from someone with chef and restaurant experience). I could rate ZERO STARS. ALL the food wasn't even HOT. The only thing I had that was hot was coffee. Very disappointing. Never coming back to this HJ again. So much for $41 after a crappy meal. Had better HJ elsewhere.

Had this once and the staff at drive thru was nice and polite.

Ordered onion rings, they gave me spicy loaded chips instead.

Ordered nuggets, they only gave me 2 packs of sweet and sour sauce with NO nuggets

Cheese whopper junior meal: chips weren't even crispy.like the other Hungry Jack's been to other ones especially the one at Warwick farm their chips are crispy and hot. These chips I had were all soggy and soft. Could do better.

Ordered a RODEO cheeseburger they normally put 3 onion rings in it. I had only one onion ring in this burger and took a peek in it, and the onion ring was dark coloured burnt. It wasn't golden brown It was dark brown. Much darker.

Coffee didn't taste right. It's not how a cuppacino taste. Barely taste any coffee essence. Taste more like water.

Only good thing I had tonight was the bacon deluxe burger and the drive thru staff's good service. I would rate the staff's good service at drive thru a 5 star at that date and time (suggested date and time so the hungry Jack's staffs or manager knows who I'm talking about)

Unfortunately I live far away from this area that's why I normally go to hungry Jack's around Liverpool .Only stopped by here after work this day.

Abit disappointed though some items in my order was wrong, but I ate it anyway :P

They could improve with:

knowing how to cook the burgers right and the burgers should be hotter.

chips should be more crispy.... Could use abit more salt. (Not too much though)

I know this is a fast food and people don't expect it to be 100% good, but it should STILL be cooked right..

In addition, please listen to what the customers order that way there wouldn't be a mistake. Or there's lesser chance of...

Today's review will be a departure from the usual format, as it focuses on a single new product: Hungry Jack’s brand-new Jack’s Fried Southern Style Tenders. My support worker Cassandra also wanted to try these Tenders. Normally, I would not write a review for Tenders however, we were so surprised and amazed at how these Tenders tasted, I really wanted members in our group to experience the Tenders as well.

These freshly introduced tenders became available just this Wednesday. Although we were uncertain about what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed these tenders. They are available in portions of three or five, and you can also purchase them as part of a meal depending on your preference. Cassandra and I arrived at Hungry Jack’s and ordered via the app.

The tenders were a delightful symphony of flavours. The crispy coating had a perfectly balanced spicy kick, which enhanced the overall taste profile without overpowering the palate. Each bite was a harmonious blend of savory spices that danced on the tongue, leaving a lingering warmth that was both satisfying and inviting. The meat itself was tender and juicy, providing a contrast to the crunchy exterior. The seasoning had infused every layer, guaranteeing a flavourful explosion in every bite.

I highly recommend Jack’s Fried Southern Style Tenders. As you can see in the attached photo, I found them to offer excellent value at $8.95 for three tenders. Compared to KFC's tenders, these had more flavour and were meatier. Since these tenders are only available for a limited time, I suggest chicken tender enthusiasts visit Hungry Jack’s and try them as soon...

This stores staff are absolutely feral, I’ve seriously never had such bad experiences. First off, there are staff loitering in the customer areas, high-fiving staff working behind the counter, passing unknown objects secretly to each others pockets from the staff entry door. The staff in the customer area were also tackling each other and just being absolute tools. This happens everytime I go there and it’s pathetic, I have seen the manager who seems to give me dirty looks and stares at me but does absolutely nothing about the staff in the customer areas, they even started tackling each other tonight into the restaurant walls and nothing was said. To top it all off, the staff try to steal the food for order numbers being called out! Again staff and managers behind the counter do nothing! The manager at this time needs to be spoken to and staff need to be retrained and even that is being nice. If I had done this crap working at McDonald’s I’d have lost my job right there. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour. Please note, this is also the second time I have experienced the staff try to steal my food and first time they successfully left the restaurant with it. If they are off shift, and not eating, they should not be there. It’s loitering...
