Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me.

We used to come here all the time. I mean at least once a week and it was great. Easily the best Thai place around. However, a while back we got food delivered. I had 3/4 pieces of meat in a Pad see yew dish but it was also incredibly bland tasting.

However, yesterday we decided to give them a second chance. Ordered directly and picked up. Got home and it was completely inedible. The Fried rice a dish that should be relatively straightforward tasted... Well it had no flavor at all and just reminded me of wet cardboard. I had the Chilli Jam stir fry. I actually don't think there was any chilli jam in it at all? The meat was incredibly fatty and pretty scarce too. My wife had the Pad See Yew with Chicken and this left a fishy aftertaste. $50+ thrown in the bin last night 😞

Expensive and overrated!!!! I have ordered take away from this place 3 times. 1st time: I got Grilled Marinated Chicken ($15.90) - no issues. 2nd time: I ordered the same thing 2 weeks later and got only 2/3 of the chicken portion (compared to the first time) and they forgot the lettuce! So the salad was literally 2 quartered bits of tomato and some grated carrot. For $16. I decided to give this place one more shot, so I got the Kai Tod (deep fried chicken with salad). My gosh - the chicken was so overcooked I thought I was going to rip my teeth out from chewing the meat. Stiff as a board. And the sweet chilli sauce portions were tiny. The tiny sauce container was only filled 1/4 of the way. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK - there are so many other other Thai places...

Ivory Thai’s massaman beef and fried rice is delicious, unfortunately their Roti’s (Which I never understand how they’re so expensive $6 for 2) are very oily, it was actually dripping out of them and I had a puddle on my plate after eating one. However they still taste amazing. My only other issue was with the speed, it was pretty horrible. I ordered and was given an estimated delivery time of an hour (which they don’t tell you before you order or I wouldn’t have ordered it). I waited an hour and 20 minutes and called to see where it was. The guy apologised and told me the driver had left and would be 10-15 minutes. All up, took about 1 hour 40 minutes...
