Been going here for years (over a decade come the think of it), and I don't think I've ever been disappointed.

The BBQ meatlovers is a solid choice, as is the Aussie, Satay, and pretty much every other pizza... Service is always friendly and meals have always arrived quickly, even when they are busy.

We often get a pizza to take away. Though, it must be said, there's something about eating pizza straight from the oven that makes it particularly exceptional.

I have had several of the pasta dishes for a change, and they are very good. Large portions, excellent sauces, perfectly cooked pasta. However, i simply forget to try more of them as I'm usual salivating for a pizza by the time I sit down.

It's also a nice quiet spot, no overly loud or obnoxious music, and a nice open atmosphere.

We came with a family group of 12 and felt rushed from start to finish. We were asked to order before the crowds came, which didn't seem to eventuate. Plates were being cleared off the tables before people had finished. When asked about the slightest deviation to the menu e.g. salad instead of vegetables or cheese added to the garlic bread there was no flexibility at all and this was stated in a very condescending manner. Generally everybody was very happy with their food except for the chicken schnitzels that were thin and very dry. Not what you expect from a restaurant of quality. When one of our party commented on this when asked at the end there didn't seem much interest. We think back to the Jags of old and how great the experience was and the owners and staff so welcoming. We ordered Bruschetta, Pizza, Pasta and Risotto. While everything was tasty and served with no major delays, the risotto had a piece of plastic in it. We never create a scene about these things but do inform the staff about such occurrences. Usually the staff is apologetic but in this case when we informed the staff, their first reaction seemed like yeah it happens and gave us reasons on why this happened. In about 5 minutes another staff member came over to our table and apologised. These things happen but the idea is to make sure they can put some process around it so it does not happen in the future, I have my doubts this is one of those places. Unfortunately they have lost mine and my family's trust...
