Abosoluty horrible. Ate there last night, ordered a 5 Stars Box and they were out of wicked wings and gravy. My friends ordered zinger burgers and they didn't have zinger fillets for the burgers in stock. Before "granted" our turn to order a lady was waiting 20 minutes for her fresh chips. When it was my turn to order I was ignored for a long period of time until the girl working asked if I ordered yet while she was doing not just standing at the front.
After my friends and I both ordered we witnessed the crew working at the back make an incorrect order by applying the wrong sauce to their burger which resulted in them throwing it out and making another batch of burgers making them wait longer. After our food was received while consuming it, the food was hard to chew as it has been under cooked. The lights outside of the restaurant weren't turned on till 8:30pm. During the duration of eating our meal we have witnessed countless number of people walk in and out complaining about their incorrect orders. The most silly incident was when a lady asked for cups to pour her drink in and the cashiers response was "Sorry we're not allowed to give them out to customers".
The environment, customer service, store's inventory, food, attitude from staff was absolute appalling. I would never come back here again, rather starve than be served by staff with such an attitude and only can provide half the...
Read moreIt was a very disgusting nightmare I been through today at this place. I am 59 yes old and it's the first time in my life that I have been humiliated in a lunch time packed of customers. Although my card payment for my order been approved in the eftpos app,I was refused my order,unless I show one of the serving staff and the manager my bank statement to show proof of payment because their faulty printer could not print the receipt. Moreover despite having shown the manager my bank statement,in which it was clearly visible that the payment has gone through, I was refused my order and was asked to pay again. Then I had no option than to call the police and the fair trading. During the one and a half hour whilst I was still waiting for the police to come, several attempts were made to resolve the issue. And finally I refused my lunch order and opted for a refund, which the manager refunded in cash. So much humiliation in front of so many people,it would have been shameful if I would have still taken that order. Never ever I will go there again. Rude and unprofessional staffs,including the manager. Very bad experience where I paid my hard worked earned money to get insulted and humiliated. Read moreAttended drive through of this KFC on Monday 27th feb ‘23 at approximately 9:05pm. Through the speaker when ordering my food, the worker appeared to be impersonating a heavy Indian accent (my partner and I were both thinking is this person’s English really that bad?). When I arrived at the window, it appeared to be the manager working on drive through as they were wearing a black button up, a young male (early-mid 20’s) with dark brown hair laughing among his colleagues and when he greeted me at the window, his English was standard Australian and at this point I realised that he was making fun among his colleagues by impersonating a heavy Indian accent. The maturity, professionalism and customer value here is clearly questionable, with a member of the team who is in charge of managing other staff setting a terrible example. Hopefully my details of date, time and description of the employee allow them to be identified by a higher manager so that action can be taken against them.
