Firstly went into the store earlier this afternoon ordered a number of items but was short changed 2 krushers. After contacting the store the manager told us "sorry, just give us your details and next time you are in store we will fix it up and give you the 2 krushers". Ok fair enough they were willing to rectify their error, so went out for a trip later tonight and decided to go back to the store to get said krushers and also ordered a Kentucky burger, while waiting for the burger and owed krushers which took over 20 minutes to get I noticed numerous other customers not only waiting for a long time as well but complaining about how their orders were either short supplied or incorrect. Finally ended up leaving with 2 krushers which were only half full and very watery and a Kentucky burger that must have been thawed out in the microwave after being frozen for a week...... it was horrible and the worst experience I have ever had, burger was cold in the middle, bun was cold and excessive sauce just went everywhere and the whole burger fell apart. I ended up throwing out the meal it was that bad and even threw the krushers away as they were ot what we have received in the past. I don't know what went wrong today but this is the worst experience ever and will not be going back to the store again. I will be contacting management tomorrow to get a refund and let's see if I even get an apology. The drive through issue there also badly needs fixing, nobody wants to wait for over 20 cars in front each time the store needs redevelopment with at least 2 lanes for drivethrough and perhaps more staff to cope with the...

10 wicked wings missing from our order! Anastacia blamed us, for not checking our order at drive thru. Yes, she said it was OUR fault. When we received the food we asked the worker if everything was there. She said yes. Get home - no wicked wings!
To make it worse, they had no OR pieces, the guy said they can replace with fillets. So we agreed, just to make it easier for their workers. Then we get home, chips are dry, a tablespoon of gravy in their powder ‘mashed potato’ and no wicked wings. Mind you this is at 7pm. Peak dinner time! Fried chicken shop with no fried chicken?!?!🤦♀️🤦♀️
So we call the site asking for a refund for the wicked wings we paid for, I gave the order number and time on the receipt and Anastacia says they will only give us the 10 wicked wings at our next visit or we have to drive back to the store and pick up the wings that WE forgot. We meaning us, the paying customer.
The store isn’t organised enough to have chicken cooked and ready. The staff need training in service to ensure they have complete and correct orders given to customers. ——————————————————————— Changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars because of the service I received tonight from Blake, who is a manager in training, and his team.
