Happy to report that after encountering a doordash issue (subcontracted to deliver from app) the staff and manager on duty could not have been more polite and accommodating to resolve it. I hope more staff take tups from the staff on duty tonight. great work and customer service 👍

Edit- 17/8/24, Stores response was That's the world we live in. Well other fast foods manage it better with doordash. Very poor attitude and response.

Red Rooster app delivery order, they sub contract to doordash for delivery which is fine but either RR staff or Doordash drivers are mentally challenged when it comes to organisation. Sick to death of getting stone cold food because drivers are either given or accept orders in total opposite directions worlds apart. watching them on the app is like watching an old pac man game. Pathetic organisation and service

Previous review- Have to visit this again , had an issue with an order and spoke to staff who got the alleged manager. Some young man looking rather scruffy with green hair came up and couldnt give 2 stuffs and had no interest in resolving it. no customer relations skills and antagonistic. I ended up pushing the order off the bench and telling them to shove the meal. Havent walked in...

So pull into red rooster at 8pm to get a whole chicken to take home. I’m told they are out of chickens tonight? Out of chicken, it’s 8pm you close at 10pm. Who is managing that store? I think they need to be replaced. I’ve also been to this store a number of times and you think the store is closed because no lights on, on the sign or drive through. I drove in anyway because it was early and pull up at the speaker and just say are you open tonight? A voice says yes we are it’s only whatever time she said. I said well rather being a smartass why don’t you turn your lights in so people know your open? She said here having problems with the power or some crap. Locals would know what I mean because it has happen to me a few times. I think more work and less time stuffing around is the key to any business. Anyway I ended up going the extra kms and went to the Red rooster too of high street. Very nice people and no problem getting a whole chicken. I’ll drive the extra kms from now in to be spoken to with respect and so I can buy a chicken wtc and know they haven’t ran out. This place should be shut down!

Dispute not being busy, there wasn't a clean table in the place. The floors were putrid. Instantly regretted ordering here. Observed the manager on duty put raw bacon in the microwave, no container or anything under it. Then proceeded to cook other things in the microwave straight after without cleaning it. The corn looked like it was back from the dark side, how they got charcoal without having am open flame was beyond me.

Tried to tell me the corn is cooked in the oven. While putting corn in the filthy microwave! Then doused it in salt, I'm guessing she was hoping it would sanitise it?

The burgers were depressing. A flavour wrap so empty you got 1 strip in it instead of 2. And the tortilla wrap was folded back on its self 3 times like a cheap serviette. The chicken was not cooked through and this was evident by the dough instead of crispy skin.

And finally the last nail in the coffin was the coleslaw that was 2 DAYS PAST USEBY! the smell emitting from it was also putrid. It was milky and abhorrent.

I wouldn't feed...
