King's Vegetarian — Restaurant in Sydney

Their services made me extremely angry.

Firstly, this is not the first time to use red-tape speaking to customers that needed to wait the take away for 30 mins minimum for just 1 dish or 2 dishes. Secondly, they use the easy to be broken and big gaps paper box for my hot fried noodles. I saw the other take away placed on the table were using plastic box even the dry food. I just arrived 5 mins after appointed time. The hot noodles have been cooled down as lukewarm noodles. Thirdly, The girl put the noodles from the paper box to plastic box by using chopsticks a little heap a time in the open area not in the kitchen. Another girl stepped in and said to do it in the kitchen, However, the food have almost transferred to the plastic box. This way put a high risk for the food evenly exposed to the bacteria before serve. Lastly, when I pay for the food, the cashier told I need to mention to use plastic box when placing order. This is totally redicious! How come they blame their duties to customer?!

I took the take away home in 40 mins. The box of lukewarm noodles was totally cold. This annoyed me to reheat the food on the wok and also to get rid of food contamination occur. Please don't forget this is the just brought cooked and meant to be hot take away!

I brought many times from another vegan restaurant at Redfern. This take more than an hour to home. The food still quite hot every time.

I experienced the staff of the restaurant at Bella Vista were arrogant after getting 4.6 review. In this incident, they showed they are lack of the basic common sense and acknowledge on food handling. The kitchen and the customer services doesn't use their noodles at work!

I will not go to and not recommend this...

Unfortunately, our experience at Kings Vegetarian was disappointing. The Laksa lacked flavour and depth—it was watery, missing the richness and creaminess typically expected, especially from Vietnamese-style Laksa. It didn’t compare at all to the delicious, full-bodied Laksa we’ve had many times at Golden Lotus in Newtown. Additionally, most of the food was served lukewarm rather than hot, which took away from the dining experience. When we raised our concerns, the wait staff responded dismissively, explaining this is just how they make it and that the soup base is prepared weekly and can’t be changed. This came across as unhelpful and unwilling to improve. We suggest the chef try the Laksa at Golden Lotus and consider making smaller, fresher batches more frequently. Serving food hot and flavorful should be a basic priority. Kings Vegetarian has potential, but it needs improvement in both taste and service to meet...

Live review.

Always come here in the afternoon after my chiro appointments nearby. Great food but service is way too slow. Food always takes at least 15 minutes to come out. I sit there starving and annoyed with my partner every time. I hear the microwave open 5 times before something is served. Something they should work on.

After 15+ minutes — Have just got played for our rice paper rolls, lady gave us plates that were way too small, the rice paper would flop.

No remorse or apologies for making us wait that long for food.

So scarce with herbs and vegetables for banh hoi ca.. gave us like 1 stalk of 2 herbs for our banh hoi ca too.

Would much rather go to the west, pay less and get better.
