Most staff very nice and food from bistro basic menu but good and friendly service from but heaven help if you question bar staff or security over their dodgy practices of ignoring RSA legislation or ignoring call for assistance. Get aggressive and then say you were. In 62 years never barred from pub ever but one barmaid is all it takes. Trashy behaviour. They are happy serving locals to the point of being extremely intoxicated and saying not their problem if driving home from there! Really !!! RSA legislation ignored for local s that they like. Happy to allow people drive home knowing on a regular basis they not in a fit state to drive mainly because staff keep serving way past point of saying sorry you have had enough. Also Security, nothing said. But when called out they ban you and make out you the problem, saying you raising this matter because of other issue. Bullshit🧐 Also lazy, the tables never wiped down even hours after people have eaten just a pig sty. They can say what they want, just a cover up for incompetent and non compliant staff. Many bar staff very helpful and kind just calling out One particular stroppy barmaid. Says everything about the suburb. Many better pubs elsewhere. Druggies in and out playing pokies but they happy for that to take money off them until they are troublesome, deplorable practices. Do yourself a favour way better...

Always love this place because of the memories build and the darn delicious food 👌 Service on the bar side honestly has always been a tiny wait, no buzzer to notify staff. You'll find yourself waiting so long just to get something simple. That's probably the only downfall. Service on food side is simple and fast, never any problems. Always cooked to perfection, so good. Hidden gem it really is. Outside area is perfect to catch sun rays and vibes with friends and family. God...

There’s table/seating at the side closest to the Great Western Highway. Just follow the signs or walk around the bistro to find it.
Drinks are bought/sold separately from the bistro, you have to go to the bar to purchase drinks. Drinks can be pricey.
Plenty of parking on Wainwright Lane at the back of the hotel. There’s limited parking on the concrete car park but there’s plenty of extra room on the grass car park which also belongs...
