EDIT So I gave my first review a while ago, And after coming here quite a few more times I would like to amend my review, Don't trust open and close times, They do what they want, And usually close early, And get upset when you try and walk in, expecting the place to be open an hour before closing. They are also very stingy with their ingredients, that alot of time don't look fresh, and if you ask to put the normal amount on like the average serve you get from other SW they will charge you, Make sure you check what you're getting charged for I went in and got a lunch deal for how ever much, but at the end she was charged me double when Unfortunately i didn't relise until after i got home, so couldn't do much about it. Customer service can be very up and down, More down then up, They are also very slow Like Very Slow, Sometimes you're waiting 2-5 to even just get served they know you're there and do not even an apology or acknowledgement you are even in the store while they are cleaning or talking amongst themselves, even if you're the only one in the store they will stop serving you to do something else, and take forever to get your order, Once she even got my sandwich out of the grill because i wanted melted cheese she took it out placed it down put someone else's in the grill, started a delivery order, got the persons behind me sandwich out the grill finished their order and started serving someone else when i said something she told me to wait If i wasn't buying for someone else i would of walked out, The 1 minute it took me to get there sandwich to them, It was cold, They are more worried about their Uber Eats Ect, So if you're in a hurry maybe not the place for you, You also have to repeat your self Alot! And multiple times now, I haven't received my cookies that I paid And even though i have told them multiple times, what cookies i want I usually always end up with the wrong cookies, even when I went in there to just buy Cookies I only received half of what I asked for Maybe I didn't repeat myself enough times.....    Read moreWhen I say the word Subway, your first thought probably isn't "feral" - but after reading this, I assure you, you will find the words synonymous. I have had issue after issue with this Subway, but today was my breaking point. First, I arrive in store - no greeting, no hello. Whatever! I wait to be asked what I want so not as to interrupt the silence and leaning around the two employees were doing. I took a step closer and greeted a worker, because at that point I thought I must be a ghost. When I asked for White bread, the worker ignored me. So I asked for Malted Rye, instead. This time, she growled, and threw the bread onto the bench using her teeth. She asked what meat I wanted - I said Meatballs please. She told me that the meatballs were sourced from rideable ponies at the Easter Show, and confirmed if that is what I wanted. I said NO. This made me sick to my stomach, so I opted for the veggie patty. When the veggie patty was being microwaved, me and the two employees stood in silence, as they both stared into my soul for an entire minute. It was so uncomfortable I genuinely thought I was about to be told the meaning of life. I smiled, uncomfortable, and one of them snarled. When I asked for cheddar cheese I was called, "fussy little rat", and was given no cheese. My mouth was gaping at this point. Then, she skipped the salad bar entirely, saying it was "out of stock due to the 2020 floods". WHAT?!?!
She then poured blue cheese sauce, saturating my sub, and when I asked why she gave me that sauce when I wanted Garlic Aioli, she said, AND I QUOTE, "because little rats only eat cheese". I asked for a refund and was greeted with silence. So there I was, out the front of Subway Kingswood, with a footlong on Malted Rye with blue cheese sauce on it. I am BEYOND disappointed.

The girl behind the counter got fresh gloves, when I walked in. The bread was obtained and meats placed in the bun.
She then used the same gloved hand to place the tray in the toaster.
While waiting for the bread to toast, she grabbed the tablet as there must have been an online order that came through - with the same gloves.
Using the same glove, she took the tray from the toaster, removed my bread and started with the salads.
After wrapping the bread, and using the same gloves, she then processed my order through the cash register.
I'm counting five direct points of cross-contamination. The roll was paid for, but never eaten.
The staff in this location need to be retrained in food hygiene. The gloves are there for our protection, not...
