Question: Is there no responsible/in-charge person in the day time?
I hate to write this horrible experience, as I usually don't do this but the staffs (Samantha and Chris) made me do this, Please feel free to check my profile

In Details: Chris the staff member/ the barista called out the coffee order 3 times for, which is not the coffee ordered, once I had approached him after some time regarding the status of my order, he mentioned " this is your coffee" even though I had told me 2 times this coffee is not the one I had ordered for, because the coffee I ordered for had a specification of the quantity of sugar I requested, even telling him that, he replied "yes that is the one" 2 times or 3 times, He (Chris) made the order as per the screen, and intentionally and deliberately saying it is the one
Once approached nicely to Samantha, asking her "who is the person in-charge now" She replied "Jay, but he is not here now" I asked what is the work number, so that I can reach him" She deliberately gave me the phone number of the cafe even though Jay was not there, as a result Chris answered the phone, the exact person who on purpose providing me the wrong item

Read morei usually come here at least once a week and everyday during exam season. been meaning to write a review specifically about their matcha lattes as they are super hit or miss. today, the colour of my matcha matched the light brown colour of the table so i was forced to write this review. making students pay 7$+ for this drink is as i said, diabolical. there is absolutely no way that you guys can charge this much in a student run (mostly) student oriented cafe that does such a poor job at making lattes. the strawberry iced matcha is equally bad, if not worse and tastes mostly like ice and water. either bring down the prices to match the actual quality of beverages or please remove these items from your menu. another option would be to train staff consistently as i can almost guarantee that when certain staff members are working, the drinks are below subpar, i understand that this is an intense review however as someone who’s been coming here for more than two years, this...

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, but the Asian female staff member with glasses who took my order completely forgot about it. For several minutes, she was busy doing other things and ignored me. Around five minutes later, she looked at me and asked, "What are you waiting for?" I realized that she had entirely forgotten my order. Even worse, she showed no apology or concern, and her attitude towards me was unfriendly and dismissive.
