I Love this place, I've been going here for a long time. Today the guy there misheard me and didnt charge me or give me the second donut i asked for, when I realised I came back and asked if he had charged me for the second one I didnt get. He said no, then gave me the second donut free of charge to make up for it. Absolute legend. Its one of the few places left that hasn't gouged its prices up over the years, getting a quick hot meal or a snack from here is cheap as always and the workers are always very kind. I got a donut, lime tart, full size apple pie, bacon and cheese wrap for 17 dollars total. Tea for 5 people for 17 dollars. Anywhere else and that'd be easily $25+ I love...

Terrible. Bread is basic quality. Savoury items use cheap ingredients & the bread is high in sugar. Sausage roll was definitely 2-3 days old & reheated, pastry not flaky as it should (which means it was definitely reheated), meat had no taste other than salt & pepper, filled with sinew. I thought I’d give them a chance again after the salmonella I contracted when they first took over the bakery a few years back when the insides of their savoury roll filled with bacon (spam), cheese, onion & capsicum). Looks like nothing’s changed in the last 5 years. If you’re after a loaf of bread, go to Aldi, or if you’re after a snack try any of the fresh takeaways or...
