This is in response to your reply on my review: To the owner

I want to clarify that I placed my order with a male staff member who did not mention any wait time. When I later asked about it, a female staff member told me very rudely that the wait was 30 minutes and incorrectly claimed she had already informed me—this was not true, as I had only spoken with the male staff member at the time.

I was never upset about the wait itself—I understand that busy periods happen. What upset me was the tone and attitude I received. Additionally, your comment saying “I know exactly who you are” in response to my review comes across as unprofessional and feels like an attempt to shame me, which is unacceptable.

Being busy is not an excuse for disrespectful communication. Also, it is my choice whether to order from your restaurant or not, so there is no need for staff or owner to suggest otherwise.

My concern is not about the quality of the food, but rather the lack of courtesy and poor customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how staff interact...

I am a regular customer of Manoosh House, and I often order their pizza via Uber Eats. In fact, I do so at least twice a month because their pizza is simply amazing - not just to me, but to my brothers as well. Whenever I tell them that I've ordered pizza from Manoosh House, they start drooling with anticipation.

What I love most about their pizza is that it's always consistent and very delicious. It's so good that I keep ordering it again and again. The serving size is also very generous, and I always feel like I get my money's worth when I order from here. Plus, the entire ordering process is hassle-free, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

My personal favorites are the peri peri chicken, supreme, and Nutella pizza. I can't help but crave them all the time. The serving size of their pizza is generous, and I believe it's a great value for money.

The best Manoosh in Sydney Southwest,, these people know how to make a proper middle eastern Manoosh. Yes you can see so many Manoosh shops around especially in the south west of Sydney but not all make them delicious and tasty.
