i cannot express how absolutely unacceptable and pathetic my experience was. Walking instore there was only one other customer in line. ended up waiting 10 mins for them to take my order alone. Workers are not attentive. There was one single employee on drive thru, front counter and deliveries. Though sometimes she would disappear and Id be left at an unattended front counter with no acknowledgement I was waiting there. Behind the counter I saw 5 other workers sitting on their phones lounging around, doing nothing. Already feeling annoyed with the absurd amount of time to take my order, I would be left waiting for another 30 mins. During this time many delivery drivers, drive thru and even customers who had ordered before me received their order. There was no communication, reassurance or updates on my order. It had been 20 mins and when I asked about my order the response was: "idk, should be coming soon". 10 minutes later, I asked again and she said "we've just put the bread in the oven". I had ordered a rippa roll.No way, its been 30 minutes and the bread for a current hot offer advertised on a flag at the front of the store had not been prepared in some way. The fact they did not even notify me that they'd be a wait or updated me was not acceptable. Immediately asked for a refund. Really wasted 30 mins of my time. Staff are extremely lazy. No communication, acknowledgment or attentiveness. All except one employee actually does their job its disgusting. I hope ya'll get out of business. this is not fast food. Read moreI love red rooster, but recently I’ve been hating it. Every time I get it ordered online there’s always something wrong with my order. Like always I can’t just have one nice order for once there’s always always been a missing item and it’s usually delivered from this particular store the Mount Pritchard or however you spell it one (I’m new to the area). I don’t know I just don’t think I’m going to be buying red rooster ever again because I’m sick of either always driving back to the store to get what they missed in my order or to get a refund. As it happens literally every single order they’ve stopped me from being able to get refunds now too. I can get my money back because it says ‘suspicious fraudulent activity’ or something ridiculous when it’s not my fault that they mess my order up every single time and not without once failed to give me a bad order. How is this my fault? Why can’t I get my refund that I legally should be able too? Why am I the one being pinned for illegal activity when it’s illegal to steal peoples money? Read moreThis place is the worst place to eat. I wish I could give Zero star review for this place. 1 star review is too much for this place for the horrible customer service and the horrible food. The young ladies have no manners here. Please teach some manners to your staffs and kids. I ordered shared meal that rippa roll and burgers for my whole family for the first time. Firstly, the young brown skin lady in the counter speak very low and fast that I barely hear what she was saying. Secondly, the young white lady with blonde braided hair girl throw my food on the counter instead of calling my order and give it to me nicely. Very disrespectful and rude. Worst customer service that I've ever experienced. On top the food taste horrible. I wasted my money without knowing this place is like this. I see so many people coming here wasting money on their food. Its a total waste of money to go there. The food was so horrible that my whole family couldn't eat and we gave it to our pets.
