I've been going to this mcdonalds for the past 14 years and its gotten worse and worse, in fact all of them have but this one is absolutely terrible. They have one or two great managers but whoever is hiring the staff needs to be replaced themselves. I went in two months ago and manning the cash registers were 2 indian girls that couldn't speak english properly (which isn't much of an issue) nor did they know how to use the cash registers (which was a HUGE issue). I stood there for 15 minutes while the person in front of me tried to order a big mac meal which apparently was beyond this girls knowledge. The manager could see the line, this girl shouldn't have been working there at all, she didn't have the right personality, she was like a mouse but the manager didn't come and help her or the other one and he could see they were stuffing up. So 15 mins later I finally step up to order a 3 chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and she first put in a triple cheeseburger meal, I told her it was wrong so she put in a cheeseburger happy meal. The McCafe lady was next to her doing her own job but trying to explain to the woman, who still didn't get it. She had to finish serving her own customer but then came back 10 minutes later and was shocked that I was still there so she moved the girl aside and took my order in 10 seconds flat. This girl was also Indian but had the personality for that kind of job. That they would put two new girls on the register on a busy lunch day doesn't make sense. I haven't even started on the food. Everything is always undercooked and soggy, their frappe machine was broken for 6 weeks before they bothered fixing it. During that time I had to order thickshakes and 4 times I got one before giving up. Each one was flooded in chocolate so badly that I couldn't even drink it. Its such a shame that McDonalds is being ruined by...
Read moreMacdonalds is always a good choice for treat, especially for fries or a classic burger that brings back childhood memories. However, after receiving my burger I was disappointed at the presentation and organisation of its ingredients. Seriously, it was like the burger was ‘slopped’ in the box. I didn’t even want to eat it. I went to take a bite only to find that I couldn’t grasp it without my hands being slobbered with mayonnaise. It was very difficult. Finally, when I bit into the burger I couldn’t taste all of the flavours that the burger was supposed to have. My burger was the angus beef. I don’t think I want to buy here anymore, because this keeps happening. I believe there is a much needed attitude change to take some pride when preparing this food, as it’s not enjoyable. Frankly speaking MacDonalds staff ‘If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it!’ The service time was good, however not so friendly, and I prefer to wait a little longer for a better burger. My burger meat was also old. It had gone dry. I don’t want to spend over $20 at this branch again if the staff cannot serve their customers the way they would like to be served.
I really hope this feedback makes a difference.
I went back the next evening and I got a much better burger. However, I will not change my review until I see the evidence of habitual change. Especially for the weekends. Families come on the weekend with their kids and they should be given orders that was just as good as mine this evening.
Your service should NEVER be...

Myself and an employee of mine visited here and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. My employee had a voucher for a cheeseburger or mcmuffin so I ordered for both of us and asked for a mcmuffin for him. They took my money and the voucher and no receipt was offered which I didn't think would be a problem however according to the manager I apparently I drove off before I could get the receipt. The guys that served us were nice enough and we collected our food and left the drive thru. We quickly realised that there was no mcmuffin. I rang back and spoke to a guy to advise him we were missing my workers mcmuffin. A woman in the background said my extra cheeseburger was what the voucher was used for and then I was hung up on.... I rang back as being hung up on was a bit antagonizing . She told me I wasn't hung up on and that I hadn't been charged for the mcmuffin and that I drove off before the receipt could be offered to me (I know the rules and I'm just not rude to fast food employees)she then proceeded to hang up on me again. I know they deal with alot of idiots but this manager was completely missing the point. She couldn't bring herself to be polite or apologise for the mistake in taking our order and she then insinuated that I was somehow being dishonest and hung up on me. If we hadn't paid for the food fine but there was no need for such a confrontational reaction on the phone. Really average experience but the...
