I’ve been to some absolutely disgusting McDonald’s stores over the years with terrible customer service, terrible tasting food and long waiting times but this McDonalds in Engadine is the MOST WORST. I ordered off Uber eats, not one, not two but three Uber drivers had to cancel picking up the order because the staff kept on saying “wait, we are busy” and kept on being rude. Every Uber driver waiting over 20 minutes, I waiting for over one hour for the food to be collected and ended up cancelling and still got charged because of the incompetent staff. You must be so busy at 11:30 at night….here’s food for thought, if you’re going to work in the food industry and provide “customer service”, PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolute disgraces the lot of you that work there.
