Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location, primarily due to the unacceptable behaviour of the manager, John. After receiving an incorrect order, I politely requested a replacement for the fries. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, John responded with a rude and confrontational attitude. Shockingly, he threatened to call the police if I did not leave the premises—despite the fact that I had already paid for my meal.
What was even more disturbing was being accused of having a mental health issue simply for voicing my concern. No customer should ever be spoken to this way, especially not by someone in a managerial position who is supposed to set an example of good customer service.
When I later returned to ask about the store’s opening hours, I was met with further disrespect. Several staff members were laughing and mocking me openly—a completely unacceptable way to treat any customer.
It’s disheartening to see such poor service standards, and even more disappointing that this behaviour seems consistent with many of the negative reviews already posted. The staff, mostly teenagers, appear to lack basic customer service training or understanding of professional conduct.
This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider the management and staffing of this location. It reflects poorly on the brand and undermines customer trust.
When I asked when Emily (the restaurant manager) would be on duty: I was answered by one of the staff: for security reason we can’t tell you!!!
I’ll leave it to other customers imagination what I experienced today!!
Await for Emily the restaurant manager to contact me back!
The supervisor who contacted me today only defended these untrained unprofessional teenagers working there including the rude manager!! Shameful but I’ll escalate it further till I have this matter address properly by other professional company’s...
Read moreI would give them zero stars but with google you have to give them at least one star :(. Went there tonight, the staff are stand offish towards you. In dire need of customer service training for sure. You have to wave at them to get there attention. Two girls staff constantly giggling to each other and talking in arabic (english where is it?) about the customers and not concerned about respecting customers. These two girls unhappy when you asked to be served or do an eye roll motion. Body language says all. The meal took ages to come out. The restaurant looked like a rave had just happened, so disgusting and dirty from inside the cooking area to the toilets (one side of the restaurant to the other). It looked totally trashed omg. Friends of the staff hanging out in the restaurant chatting to their friends who was supposed to be working (they were working from behind the counter) - loud and obnoxious. Encroaching on poor customers trying to eat with loud arabic yelling, talking from one end of the restaurant to the other. At least buy something, not constantly come in and out the restaurant to chat and yell to the staff member. It is a restaurant people, go home to your mum or hang out in the mall. Thats right your mum is over you as well. Again only speaking arabic over all the customers. Friends of the two staff who were constantly giggling and talking in arabic, parking their cars right in front of the restaurant. Didn't know this was a thug car show. The manager was working in the drive through and could not control her chaotic staff as she was quite busy. The kitchen staff and one of the servers looked horrified and exhausted at the chaos and did not participate. Feel sorry for you, you must really need the money. Major sackings need to occur here. Mcdonalds really wake up to yourself and sort out this atrocity. Will never go to that hideous...
Read moreI visit McDonald's because of the quality of customer service. However on several occasions this particular store Has delivered a quality of customer service i did not expect from your brand. On this specific occasion, i entered the drive through and was greeted to place my order, during the process of communicating my order, I was cut out several times as the attendant appeared to be holding multiple conversations rather then focusing on me. I was made to repeat myself several times until i ran out of patience and just proceeded to the window to finalise my order, at the window I attempted to repeat myself however the manager of the store continued to interrupt the attendant as they were laughing and talking about non work related matters. I tried to ask the attendant of she was talking to me or someone else however my concern fell on deaf ears as her and the manager on duty proceeded in there conversation. My order was finally input into the system and i paid the proceeded to the collection window, where i observered several workers laughing, giggling and engaging in general chit-chat. Last time this occurred it resulted in a completely incorrect order being served to me and i only realised once i was at home. Due to the inconvenience of revisiting the store i...
