Why is your delivery so slow!! Every-time I take an Uber eats or doordash delivery here I’m waiting 30+ minutes it’s ridiculous, I have the customers always messaging me asking what’s the hold up and I now tell them this is just Minchinbury Mcdonalds for you, I’d complain and get a refund and order from another McDonald’s next time. Feel bad for the customers who are waiting over an hour for some McDonald’s 2 mins down the road, but as a driver it’s also a waste of my time, I get paid on average $5-$7 for the orders I collect from here as they are never far away and it takes about 45 minutes all up with this excessive wait time(I usually am driving 5-10 minutes which the order should be being prepared during, but it clearly not at this store) so I’m getting less than $10 an hour basically when I take orders here, other stores like St Clair, Mt Druitt, even Emerton this is a rare occurrence it’s usually always ready on arrival or under 10 minutes wait which is fine and more or less the standard, this stores average wait time is just unacceptable this happens every so often at other stores late at night or bad coverage of staff, busy etc, but this is a consistent trend at Minchinbury, every single time, I’ve never had a shorter wait than 25 minutes maybe, any time of day, it’s usually never even that busy so I don’t understand what’s taking so long? I’m standing here waiting for an order as I write this pick up due over 15 minutes ago now and no urgency for these deliveries or signs of it being prepared. Another review states that sometimes the bags are just sitting there tucked away from us and the person disappears for 10 minutes then comes back puts a sticker on the bag and then hands it when that food has been sitting there ready the whole time?? I notice this too, what are you doing and training them here honestly. And the other reviews are correct I have been away for a few months overseas and it was renovated whilst I was gone, delivery window is tucked around the back no signs to say delivery window this way, and there pick up instructions not updated on either app, so my first delivery here after being back I was waiting in the main part of restaurant with my bag obviously for delivery and the staff just ignored me(and every other customers in their no one standing at front seems like they avoid serving people) and eventually after half an hour she asked if she can help then directed me to the new delivery window, where customers food was actually ready because I was there for half an hour...

Had to reorder at the pay booth , when I went to the pick up window had to waite in the waiting bay . Food came after a while, didn't realise till I got home 15mins later no drinks . I trust that the people putting the order through are doing the right thing . Meal was stone cold and awful . When I rang up about drinks spoke to Alex who claimed to be the manager . He asked a few questions about the order and did I have a receipt or know how much I paid .Then I was put on hold ,for what felt like an eternity, to the point where I thought he'd disconnected me .I actually don't have a receipt because I wasn't given one , didn't catch how much I paid . When he finally got back he said he couldn't find my order. I confirmed he was the maccas on cnr Great Western Hwy and Colyton Rd near BP servo he said thats South St Mary's?? I looked it up the number I rang on google and directions was the correct one .He had asked me to come down with proof of purchase . It's 2 drinks all I wanted was for those drinks to be given to someone with kiddies as extra drinks . He spoke over the top of me , I've now read the reviews for this maccas, wish I had done that before going in there . Read moreLast night I ordere two chocolate pies and recieved rasin pies instead, I contacted the store to let them know of the mix up and I was told that was not possible as they had run out of rasin pies over a month ago insisnuating I had bought from another store., I let her know I’d be back with the pies shortly, after coming into the store I was met with a lovely girl on the cash registers who asked me what I was there for and I told her I’d like to speak to who I had on the phone, she spoke to the manger and she refused to speak to me and when this was relayed I insisted to speak to the manager, again she was rude and abrupt not wanting to communicate with me what had happened, I relayed what she said over the phone to her and she said I did not say that, when she definately did as she was on loud speaker and my partner confirmed, I haven’t had any other bad experiences bar this one which has put me off completely, the looks on the crew members faces said it all, they were as shocked as I were with the rudeness, tha managers name is she has blonde hair, official complaints have been made and hopefully she is relocated to a workplace more fitted for...
