⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Consistently Excellent Service & Fresh Food!
I don’t usually expect much more than the basics from a fast food stop — but Norwest McDonald’s genuinely surprised me. Every single time I’ve visited, it’s been consistent: clean, quick, friendly, and surprisingly fresh for a franchise location.
Let’s start with the service — which is honestly the standout. The staff here don’t just go through the motions. They’re polite, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about what they’re doing. Orders are taken with a smile, and there’s often someone doing the rounds to check on cleanliness and customer satisfaction — something you rarely see at other McDonald’s locations.
Food quality? On point. Every burger I’ve had here has been fresh — not slapped together or soggy. The buns are soft (never stale), the meat is hot, and the lettuce and tomato actually look and taste fresh, not like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp. Fries are always golden, crispy, and salted just right. Even the McCafe section has never disappointed — great coffee and surprisingly good muffins.
The drive-thru is fast and efficient, even during busy hours. You can tell the staff are well-trained and have good communication with each other. My order has never been wrong, and that alone deserves major credit these days.
The dining area is also worth mentioning — it’s well-kept, modern, and usually very clean. Tables are wiped regularly, bins aren’t overflowing, and there’s often background music that adds a subtle but welcoming vibe.
Special shout-out to the team during peak hours: I’ve seen them handle large crowds with grace and professionalism. No eye rolls, no rushing, just clear effort and good energy.
Overall, Norwest McDonald’s doesn’t just meet expectations — it quietly exceeds them. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, fuelling up for work, or doing a cheeky late-night run, this is hands down one of the best Macca’s in the area.
Keep it up, team — you’re...
Read moreSharing my experience with this McDonald’s in hopes that the seniority staff or owner could be aware of this Incident - I am not after any form of compensation I am merely trying to help the owners in their oversight of their staff as I am a business owner as-well and I understand how important staff well-being contributes to a successful experience for their customers.
On the 4th or 5th of March I came into this McDonald’s via Drive Thru at around 9:00pm-9:15pm
I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad and 5 extra beef patties on the side (hopefully this will help you find the correct receipt)
“I pay-waved via MasterCard the order $13.75 and drove to the second window”
Once I got to the second window a tall young blonde gentlemen altered me that my card declined and advised they aren’t able to accept card at the second window . I apologised and handed him a 50$ note. Immediately after I handed over the cash he told me to proceed to the third window where coffees are handed out.
Later on the young gentlemen returns with 30.60$ instead of 35.60$ and quickly hands it to me without a receipt. The same gentlemen the advised me to proceed to the waiting bay.
Meanwhile whilst sitting in the waiting bay I realised that he has shorted my change...I walk into the restaurant to speak with the manager she was slightly apologetic but not completely... she checked the cameras and receipt and advised I should of received 35.60 and advised I was given three notes via the cctv
In conclusion, I just hope the owners will understand that events and incidents like this will cause ramifications in the long run when the employee gains the confidence to start stealing not only from your customers but from your business
I hope you all the best and hope your able to rectify this problem with...
Read moremy dearest greetings, they gave me fried instead of grilled chicken wrap now i've gone emo. when i requested in a very respectively and distinctively way, i wanted that one staff's mom's phone number; only because i got invited to justin's birthday party at flipout. and you very much know how fun birthday parties at flipout are. i can not believe how the stereotypical "the ice-cream machine" was coincidentally pulled in front of my sleep deprived face. what in the actual musty rusty dusty crusty fried chicken wrap and not grilled chicken wrap is mcdonalds doing with those ice-cream machines worldwide and universally. do yall decide to not update ice-cream machines and suddenly made it a law to keep ice-cream machine technology to not have been updated since the 1860s. seriously, fortnite updates their game and yall don't. at this point theres hope that gta 6 releases before ice-cream machines in mcdonalds improve. there's legit a possibilty i'd get my real soft-serve after the chess game gets a game update, and the last chess update was literally in 2014. RIP to the chess users waiting for another game update. for my christmas present, i would be grateful for a gametraders card. my funko pop collection needs another member. thanks bro, i appreciate something. i'm thankful that there's nothing to be thankful...
