came in this afternoon, guy at the pick up window was playing dumb with us. we ordered two shakes, simple as that, no special requests or whatever. Shakes were not filled up properly and when we requested that they would be, the guy at the counter pretended he couldn’t hear us clearly ask for them to be filled up properly, and initially played dumb, saying “oh we can’t do that it’s impossible”, “the machine won’t let me” and refused our request. If we are paying $13 something for just two shakes, just fill them up properly! At least an eighth was missing and I get it’s just a fast food chain but it would be faster to just make it properly than to constantly have to remake stuff due to laziness.
Last time we had shakes here there was chocolate mixed in with our strawberry shakes (obviously machines are broken or it’s sloppy service), and again, they weren’t filled up properly, but at least when we asked for the issue to be amended last time, they just did it. (It wasn’t the same guy at the window)
Also did not offer a partial refund or anything in lieu of our order not being fulfilled properly.
Oh and teach that kid some manners, saying “HUH” and having an attitude when we’re politely asking for an issue to be fixed, isn’t really fair. For reference we came by the drive...
Read moreIf I could give one star I would . I ordered a small coke at 11:15 am today 15.03.2025 in driveway. The girl kept telling me she couldn’t hear me. I asked her what types of toasties they had she still couldn’t hear me . She then asked me to come to the window and order . I did then I asked her the same question . She gave me a list of toasties . I then asked for a cup of boiling water for my baby formula , she then looked puzzled and then said what , she spoke on her little microphone and asked someone about this . She then said we can’t give you boiling water , I then asked her why as I have ordered this many times in many maccas . She then said you can ask them at the next window . I was already annoyed as she made no effort to explain to me why this was the case . I drove to the next window where the young Asian woman wearing blue didn’t even greet me, she just asked me what my order was . I then asked her for a cup of boiling water and she asked me why , I told her it’s for my son’s milk . She then said I can’t give it to you because it’s not on our system. I then told her I have gone to many maccas where they have given this . She finally did her job and gave it to me. She didn’t even greet me goodbye . Staff and service are both dissapointing . dont waste your time...
Read moreYou know this store must be performing poorly due to the quality of food and service. But I'm not going to just vent my poor experience, I will suggest a solution. Hiring good quality staff is challenging in any business but the management is critical. Especially since they are the only reason I have had to provide this feedback as all the crew where so very lovely. For example. I purchased a large chips and wanted to purchase some sauce at the window. But before the poor bloke could sort out my order, I hear the manager throw a tantrum about paying for the sauce which is probably due to many cases we're customers don't pay for the sauce, but i has my coins ready to pay and I didn't appreciate the attitude. But it gets worse. I get my large fries and find a small quality in the large box and cold and soggy. So I turned around and went back. And instead of apologising, the manager on duty accused me of lying.
If your manager wants to argue over a couple of chips your business is in big trouble.
You can tell its entrenched as all the staff looks scared and frightened of her.
I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of bullying claims from staff go your way.
