McDonald's — Restaurant in Sydney

Very disappointed. If i can rate less then 1 then I would have give them 0 or minus rating. My husband ordered chicken mc burger and recived beef. At first place we didn’t even find out its beef when he teased then he was like this is not chicken. He went to counter and complained about it and they were like not a big deal just replaced with chicken. Are you guys serious. Staff was like not a big deal and one of staff like u already eat it. And then they gave chicken mc burger but we refuse to take it. Bcz my husband was already upset and now he doesn’t want to eat anything. He was regretting why he came this place. He even told one of staff that he often eat chicken he is not a meat person and beef never as per our religion. As hindu we don’t eat beef but these people won’t even respect any religion or anything and start arguing with us. And at the end what we got is our money back but what about our religion. People come and have food at your place bcz they trusted on u that you will serve the food that they order. They are paying for not this Things. Now at the end we decided not to go...

So so so so bad. They are constantly running out of supplies and either replacing them with basic ingredients (like orange glue cheese instead of McCafé cheese in toasties) or just not including them (like close to 100% of cheeseburgers not including the proper ingredients (like tonight - beef, cheese, tomato sauce and bun BUT NO mustard, onion, pickle or pepper)) or telling you that you can’t have your order (we don’t have any large coffee cups). Feedback to head office just goes back to the store and the response is blah blah blah, we’re working on it. For more than a year. The staff attitude (from most, but not all) is that you’re doing them a favour by ordering at the store. There’s been no improvement but a very noticeable deterioration in service levels and product. Recommend going to any other McD’s within an acceptable travel distance - it’s not worth it to go...

DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM HERE I repeat.

They’ll get your order wrong and the food is terrible. Went here a while back and the order was wrong, went there again two months later without thinking what an awful experience we had before.

Ordered a Big Mac, got the burger with double patty?! Like what the heck? The staff can’t do their job properly Chicken nuggets were cold obviously they’ve been in the “warmer” all day and not fresh Chips were hard and cold tasted like I was eating potato chips that’s how hard it was The drinks were incorrect. Ordered a Fanta got a coke? Spicy mcchicken was a standard chicken burger. So disappointing as I rarely eat fast food and then experience this.

Management really needs to step up their game, someone needs to do something about this store and staff.
