I ordered a cheeseburger and frozen drink via Macca's app and chose to pick up at this store. Upon arriving at the drive thru, was told the drink flavour I ordered is not available, and I was given multiple substitute flavours to pick from, then told to drive off and wait in the waiting bay.
After waiting for awhile, the food was finally brought to my car but I was told none of the substitute drink flavours mentioned earlier was available (none of the machine was working) and they could only offer normal soft drinks. Being disappointed twice, I asked for refund and the staff told me she needed to check with her manager, she came back awhile later with two of the $1 dollar coin and told me that $2 was refund for the drink even though I was being charged $5.60 on the app. At that point, me and my partner were so over it and didn't want to linger any longer as we had to be somewhere and were in a hurry, hence I just took whatever was given to me as refund without making any fuss. However, as my partner drove out of their carpark, I took a bite into my cheeseburger and was furious as it tasted like leftover food. I couldn't force myself to finish the burger as I was worried it might cause problem for my tummy.
My overall experience with this store was very terrible...from telling me to choose a drink flavour that was not even available, to having to wait for the food despite ordering well in advance via the app (my order was not even a big order that required long time to prepare), to giving me incorrect refund, to worst quality of food.
They should have checked and knew whether the frozen drink machines were in working order before asking me to pick substitute, they should have been able to check what I ordered via the app and knew how much I was being charged so as to give...

This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place.
Let me break it down: A simple order – completely messed up: I ordered 2 McChicken meals with no sauce, large fries, and drinks with no ice. • I got only one portion of fries instead of two. • My daughter opened her burger to find a tiny, almost invisible amount of lettuce. • Both drinks were full of ice despite my clear request. Wasted time and money: I had to drive all the way back home, then return to the store — wasting fuel, time, and patience — all because of your mistake. Disgusting customer service: When I came back, I tried to lighten the mood and joked: “You should give me an extra fries for making me come all the way back.” The staff member looked me dead in the eye and said: “You’re being very rude.” Excuse me?! After you messed up my order, I get insulted for trying to deal with it politely? Zero customer care: No apology. No accountability. No offer to fix the problem properly. Just attitude and disrespect.
This was an absolute disgrace, and I hold the management of this branch fully responsible.
🔴 To the management: • Train your staff in basic respect and communication before letting them speak to customers. • Double check your orders. Getting one item wrong is human. Getting three wrong in one order? That’s just chaos. • Learn how to handle mistakes without blaming the customer.

Read moreLoved the Cajun Chicken Deluxe Burger, the slightly spicy Jalapeno Poppers with melted cheddar cheese with in a crispy shell. The El Maco Dipping Sauce slightly chilli, more spicy with a tangy tomato flavour to it. The dip was great with the jalapeno poppers.
The Hash Browns crispy on outside, with fluffy & flakey potato on the inside, came out hot. Now it's important to note that these Hash Browns need to be served hot, to enjoy that crispy edged freshly cooked taste..
The Caramel Cappuccino had a nice roasted coffee flavour & you can really taste the Caramel Syrup. My only complaint was the coffee was received Luke warm when it should be served hot.. The burger & Jalapeno were also just warm, maybe due to being kept on the counter longer than it should have...
Overall everything tasted great! Especially the Cajun Deluxe Burger, the Cajun Sauce had a slight curry flavour to it mixed with mayo. The crispy Chicken fillet was cooked well, the thickness was crispy perfect.
