Atrocious customer service. It's amazing how one can work in a customer facing job whilst lacking the most basic social common sense.

I had a problem with my app order. They said it wasn't in their system at the pay window during drive-thru. I was already charged. The lady, with no "sorry" or care for my inconvenience, told me that the order hasn't gone through, and just stared at me blankly. Like, can you tell me what to do then? So then I asked her, "what should I do?", since she lacked the common sense to let the customer know how to proceed. At which point she told me to drive through in 5 minutes again.

Five minutes later I drove through again (the order was completed in the app at this point), and had to re-explain my situation to them - they seemed to have completely forgotten. The lady at the voice box, again with no "sorry" or sense of sympathy said that they will have to charge me again. I ofcourse said, "I've already been charged", and then she asked me to drive through. At the pay window, another lady listened to me explain everything (and showing my phone with the completed order, and my email receipt), and once again, with no apology or sense of sympathy for a customer experiencing a genuine problem, just told me to drive through to the next window.

Finally, whilst in the waiting bay, a dude came out, who was the first actual human being I encountered this night with some sense of social skills, and is the reason I added a star to this otherwise 1 star review. He apologised for the issue, and within a few minutes I got my order.

Unfortunately the lady that came out to finally hand my order, to top it all off, also had no social skills, and just gave me my order like a robot. Okay, maybe she had no context on the issue, but nonetheless, how about a quick "enjoy", "you're welcome" to my 2x thank you to her, or "have a nice night".

Atrocious customer skills.
