MOCCA CAFE — Restaurant in Sydney

Used to love this little nook for a coffee and cake. Today I settled for an iced donut, as there was not the same range of cakes as usual. Can't go wrong? Surely? Wrong - a stale, cold, tasteless ring of bread with some icing on top. And, the large chocolate milkshake was more like a medium, and in a plastic takeaway cup! It was only as I looked around that I realised this was under new ownership, and not for the better. There are better options available...

Food great.... nice place to sit..... the only downside was the horrible service... starting when I ordered. You don't tell a customer to "get it yourself" when they ask for a cold drink to be added to their order. I found this really rude and a really bad idea! First time having lunch here. Ordered the Brekkie Roll, BLAT Ssndwich and coffees. All meals came out hot, fresh and really tasty. It was nice to have hot coffee too.The staff were friendly and receiving our order was quick and with a smile. We ate in the cafe and the atmosphere was also inviting.
