good food love coming here with the kids, however tonight my experience was different was served by a young lady who said her name was Josephine, i felt belittled and uncomfortable by her behaviour, she had a horrible attitude towards me and my husband, her presentation and customer service skills were shameful, she had given me a disgusted up and down look when i ordered a family meal, (for context i had gone in myself and i’m a plus sized woman) after ordering this she scoffed and asked if that was going to fill me? ive never been body shamed like this before and will not be returning. and the amount of WHS violations she has such as her hair being out, nail polish, and unsafe shoes is absolutely horrid. i myself work in hospitality and would be disgusted if any of my staff did this, do better...

The food always nice n fresh that's why I like going to this red rooster and because it's the closest but not happy the staff don't listen to what i order and request eg when I say no cheese they still give it and I asked them twice and when I get home there's cheese on my wrap it's annoying and can't take back as don't want to take my 3yo son out in the pouring rain!!! Having driven through the drivethrough, I got back to the shop where I work to find I had been given the incorrect order. I rang the store and although I work 5 minutes walk from their shop, they refused to deliver the correct order for me because they are too busy. This shop proves time and again to be poor in customer service ethos and I will be too busy to ever buy from there again. Oh and the burger that I didn't want was simply horrid.
