Monty’s Pizza Blacktown — Restaurant in Sydney

Been here twice so far. Despite the pizza's themselves being delicious, the service is terrible I am sorry to say. I realise newly opened and maybe hiccups but after my first visit I expected better. My first visit was an online prepaid lunch special order. I waited the 20min advertised wait time to go in & pick my order up. The girl had no idea what I was talking about. I showed her the app and my order number & payment. She then goes to a screen up on the wall and "turns the thing ON"! , Then goes and "turns on" a little printer thing and there prints our my order ! So another 20mins I wait. That was a few weeks ago. Today I walk in physically to place my order. In between taking my order and then later another ladies order (she ordered 2 pizzas), the girl was chatting to a sales rep who had already been given his pizza. There was 2 other staff members floating around. I was told 20min for pizza. After 40 mins and both myself & other lady still no pizza, the girl finishes with sales rep and out of corner of my eye - she starts making pizzas. Upon my enquiry- yes they were OUR pizzas being made NOW after over 45mins wait ! Excuse was the ovens had to warm up. Lol That should be done prior to store opening AND then how did the sales rep's pizza get cooked?? Also, why werent we notified of the delay earlier too? I think a white lie was told and the other 2 waiting for girl to make them all along ! So for compensation (after she would have heard us saying it out loud), we got a free garlic bread, which was decent outcome. BUT unfortunately upon getting home - they gave me the ladies pizza and not mine 😒 . Not sure if I will be back. Like I said, pizzas are yummy but too much hassle to...

I am always a fan of monty’s pizza, but today i got really disappointed. I ordered 1/2 pudina panner and 1/2 tandoori soya chaap. These both pizza had no taste, the chaap taste like overcooked and burned. The pudina panner was so tasteless, the sauce taste so weird. The pizza base was actually decent—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—but that’s where the positives end. The overall taste was really disappointing. Pizza was almost like it wasn’t fresh. It felt like a low-effort pizza, which was really frustrating given the price.

I had eat many times from this store, but today i felt i wouldnt try next time. Usually there used to be a guy who used to make really delicious but do understand the staff gets changed but...

If you’re looking for authentic Indian-style pizzas in Blacktown, Monty Pizza is a must-visit! 🍕🇮🇳 I tried their Shahi Paneer Pizza and Butter Chicken Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the flavours really reminded me of home.

The Shahi Paneer Pizza had that rich, creamy paneer gravy taste with just the right amount of spice, while the Butter Chicken Pizza was loaded with tender chicken in a buttery tomato sauce – so flavourful and satisfying!

The staff were friendly and the service was quick, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you want something unique and tasty beyond the usual pizza flavours.

Will definitely be coming back...
