Nieo's Grille Ramsgate — Restaurant in Sydney

Very disappointed today. My family and I always come to Nieo's since they gave 3 sticks of souvlaki and chips with 2 salads in the plate until now that they reduced to 2 sticks with 2 sald and no chips which is fine for me.it is still plenty to eat but I ordered chips on the side and I don't think this amount is worth $4.90 for chips. I asked the girl and the counter if she thinks it's worth $4.90 for this amount of chips and she said the chips are expensive ,I really wanted to laugh because she doesn't know what she is talking about. Then other guy jumped in and said we normally served in round bowl and we didnot have it today so I gave you on the plate which is more than what we normally give. I am like hmmm I don't think it's worth it and he should offer a bit more chips than saying you shouldn't order it next time. Very disappointed. Normally the owner was so nice to us but this new bunch of staffs are not cool...

Meal didn’t turn up the first time around not to neos grille’s fault at all. but I was pissed obviously, I rang Ramsgate store I was pretty I rate as I ordered over there website. I got a personal call back from George I believe he’s one of the owners he apologise and made it good in the difficult situation as I was unable to leave the home bed bound after a spinal fusion and more irritable than normal on pain medication. He lost money to replace my order and re deliver it via uber because of the other third party delivery service just didn’t turn up!. I’ve returned many times since as respect to how he handled the situation. Foods always good! Service is good! Plenty healthier options on menu! But I’d say make the “drive” and cut out these scum third party deliverie services if you can, they don’t deserve the cut they take especially when it doesn’t...

One would think it's pretty impossible to stuff up a chips and gravy and tabouleh, but somehow they did. I ordered it for takeaway, they put the chips with gravy on top in a small plastic container and closed the lid. When I got home I opened it and the chips were so soggy I couldn't even pick them up with a fork, they were mash potato by this point, inedible. I thought the tabouleh would save me at least, but no, the chunks of cucumber and tomato were huge, and it was dry without any lemon or juice in it whatsoever. It was disappointing.
