Don’t know where all these positive reviews are coming from. Our experience wasn’t great. 1) Make it easier for your potential customers to pay online. Need to be able to process Apple Pay/Google Pay orders. Not everyone is carrying a credit card around, and people who use their phone to pay can’t see their credit card numbers (unless they are using a virtual credit card). 2) I don’t get why some of the deals you have listed on your website can’t be ordered over the phone. What’s the big deal? It’s the same thing anyways if you get the order over the web or the phone. Really annoying. Anyway, lucky enough I was able to find a virtual credit card to use to pay over the web page as I really wanted the special deal. 3) for all that hassle, the product given (Lebanese Meat Pizza) was mediocre at best. I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. The staff member on the phone to us was quite rude and abrupt too. My wife and I will definitely not be going back...

Very disappointed! We waited over an hour before we got a notification saying our food was delivered. When we went to the door it wasn't there. After checking all the neighbours' doors we called back and were told a new order would be sent out. 20 minutes later our food arrived.... cold and WRONG. They sent me a 3 cheese pizza instead of a Zatar when I can't eat cheese. After calling back again, I was told that they "can't process refunds." Although the lady on the phone was very nice, I don't understand how you can't provide a refund when I was delivered food that I can't even eat. We were offered a store credit but after this being our second bad experience, we will not be using it.The gluten-free Zatar we ordered also didn't come with a label, so we had to inspect whether it looked gluten free and take the risk. We won't be returning to this OOSHMAN, and hope that this store considers our feedback and ensures this does not happen again to...
