Placed the order online, per the app, the cook time was 5 mins, was given an estimated pickup time of 8:25pm. Got there at 8:30pm and checked the status, was told the order was not ready. Made to wait another 8 minutes. This is not the first time this happened at this outlet.
Commented to the staff that no point in giving an estimated time if it can’t be met. The staff replied, do you want a refund. Seriously, I mean some customer service :) I think the staff can definitely benefit from some training.
Came home and checked the order, the chicken in bondi bowl was raw, and there was no dressing. The whole thing went into the dustbin. The extra sauces ordered were missing too. May be I should have taken staff’s advice and taken a refund.
Usually extra wait, uncooked food and missing items are ignored if the staff is courteous.

Read moreI placed an order through Uber eat and there was an item was missing. Upon calling the shop the way they speak to me was not appropriate at all. They agreed that they made a mistake but the way it was handled by the store person was an example of poor customer service. He was very rude over the phone. We paid already for the missing item and also paid for the entire food order delivery. It was quite bad of a such a loved food chain employee behaving in such a manner.
