The combination of the Double Bondi Burger and the grilled chicken made for a delightful feast. The burger was juicy, packed with flavor, and had the perfect balance of chilli and mayo. The flame-grilled chicken were tender and really amazing with extremo basting. The Snack Chips served with the meal were perfectly cooked. Prior to ordering UBER eats delivery, I called the Mascot store to ask they could send burgers, but put the filling separately so the burger was not soggy when we got it. The person said no and thought that was unreasonable. He stated that I could order a salad and a side of bread instead. I then called another Oporto store that did not think it was unreasonable at all. Especially after advising that I do this weekly for my office for 8 to 15 people.

I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding the quality of food I received from Oporto’s Mascot. I ordered Chicken Tenders and, unfortunately, all four pieces were burnt, rendering them inedible. I attempted to remove the burnt portion, but the bitter taste remained. This experience was disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring this to your attention.
