You are right-we could have called for management to lodge a complaint. Equally, the charming young lady, instead of offering us a 'take away box', could have called you.

We could have asked for a remake but as we were pressed for time this was not realistic

A week ago I enjoyed a simple toastie, equally priced, griddle lines burnt attractively into the thinner bread, bright red (Ripe) tomato peaking out, cheese gently oozing out, properly salt and peppered. Tasty and not dry.

I've been a patron of Pasta Pantry for 15 years only now getting onto the review program. The food is always fresh and tasty . There coffee is good .The staff are polite and friendly. There schnitzel is a favourite of mine and all their salads are great . The only constructive criticism I have is that it would be nice sometimes to have more frequent changes in the dishes you offer . Every time I go in here the customer service gets worse, staff make you feel like you're an inconvenience and barely speak any words to you. My sister lives in the area so we would go quite a bit but each experience keeps getting worse, never felt to unwelcome. They have made me initiate the ordering they wont actually speak to you if not spoken to first which is super awkward for a customer.
