Bondi Beach Studios — Hotel in Sydney

Great location, and Eli the building manager was always available to help with issues - he is a very nice man! The room was well lit and spacious. The “king size” bed was just two singles pushed together and the middle join was uncomfortable so couldn’t use it as a king size bed. I had no WiFi for half my stay until I personally fixed it myself. The office were slow to release my credit card bond and have small print hidden fees that should have just been part of the original charge. They took no responsibility for the wifi issues despite me having heaps of evidence that it wasn’t working. They even had to change the internet cable halfway , and still won’t accept there was an issue with it. Overall it was a great stay but the office have shady practises and have left a sour taste on the experience. The surcharge is literally a charge for paying. 100% recommend Eli's place! First of all the communication was perfect. Eli is always there when you need ; it was my first time in Australia & he made it very easy for me. He allowed me to check in earlier as well. The apartment is very spacious & functional. It also has a big balcony with a nice view & it is also super quiet. I really enjoyed staying there for a week!
