At first, I just browsed through the addresses with many stars and good reviews on Google Map, wanting to choose a good restaurant to take my girlfriend. The problem here is that my girlfriend wants to eat Vietnamese food because there are some vegetarian dishes she likes. I looked at Google Map and there were many 1-star comments at this restaurant, but it seemed like the comments were similar, such as dirty restaurant, unpleasant staff, or cockroaches crawling in the food. The comments were repeated with different nicknames. I felt sorry for the unhealthy competitors around after we came to experience it. Wow, it was beyond expectations. I often see Vietnamese restaurants pouring the same soup for all chicken or beef pho. At this restaurant, it was separated. My girlfriend tried the vegetarian wonton and I ate the crispy chicken noodles. The soup was clear, the noodles were chewy, and the homemade vegetarian wonton with filling inside was so delicious that I couldn't tell it was vegetarian LoL :)))). Another special thing is that the staff are very attentive and cheerful. They gave us free cups of tea and also reduced the bill by 15% when we came to eat on the first day of the week. Next time, I will bring my family back here to experience other dishes

This new Vietnamese has been an absolute nightmare to eat at. We ordered some food and eventually 35 minutes later, our phos arrived. The staff were confused and sent other customer's food to the wrong tables. Our phos were subpar; the onions were raw and created a yucky feeling in my mouth. 15 minutes later, a Beef Stir Fry and Rice Paper Rolls arrived. The beef in the stir fry was uncooked. I'm not joking. Raw. We sent it back to the kitchen and have received a new dish. The Rice Paper Roll was alright, but crunchy on the shell. Also, the peanut sauce tasted extremely watered down, ruining the flavor. We are still currently waiting for 2 more dishes and we are 1hr 10 mins in. Update: Mulberry juice arrived, lukewarm? It tastes like medicine. 1hr and 20mins in. Dishes still not here. We are thinking of cancelling. Update: 1hr and 30mins in. Finally dish soup arrived. Not worth the wait. No noodles and the soup tastes like sour fish sauce. To conclude, this restaurant has been quite disappointing and the service has been horrifying. Multiple times we have complained to the waitress, where she unapologetically walked away. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place.

today i was so busy that i didn't pay attention to the time and had a rather late lunch when i passed by lane cove street. i ordered the special chicken pho but less noodles because i'm on a diet. this vietnamese restaurant seems to be new but their food looks quite neat and eye-catching. the soup is very clear the chicken pho has a rich taste and especially the aroma of cardamom and ginger. i have never had such a delicious bowl of pho before. the pho noodles are thin and chewy and the chicken is not the type i usually see in other pho shops. the chicken is very sweet and firm. i wondered what the balls in the pho were and the short haired waitress explained to me they were made from chicken and wood ear mushrooms with some special spices... it tasted amazing. giving this restaurant a little 5 star is well deserved. will come back to try other dishes next time.

Wanted a viet restaurant for a group of 7 that didn't break the bank and was local. This place did not disappoint and matched up to the other many positive reviews.

Upon arrival at 6:30pm, with already almost a third of their tables taken and another reserved, my group of 7 walk ins (I shouldve booked) were given special accommodations and the staff kindly moved tables/chairs together.

Their menu was extensive from different proteins pho to main dishes, fresh drinks, desserts and your usual canned drinks and some free lukewarm viet tea to help yourself with. With an order of 3x free range chicken phos, well done beef pho, rare beef pho, vermicelli salad, honey sesame chicken (11/10 perfectly crisp, fresh hot and seasoned well) - everything came surprisingly quickly approx 10-15mins wait. Portions were very generous and the broth/soups were really refreshing and tasted clean. Their honey sesame chicken was definitely a highlight and I will definitely come back for that.

The restaurant was cutely decorated with viet themes and TV broadcasting viet music and cooking show. The restaurant was also kept clean and tidy. Loved hearing their cooking spatula hitting the wok in the kitchen as it felt so nostalgic to a homemade meal made with love. We had a rocking table which was fixed with some cardboard. Drinks were unavailable after QR code ordering and were overcharged a drink but that was all quickly fixed. I hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Edit: dropped a star because its clear they copied and pasted a review reply...my name is clear. It...

I was a bit excited at the thought of enjoying a hot bowl of pho on a winter’s evening, and the thought of supporting my fellow Vietnamese restaurant owners was an added incentive to try this new place.

It’s an order by the app type experience and after I ordered, there was nothing. No greeting from staff. No water provided. No utensils. I had to ask for my own tea and water which was fine, but there were no cups provided. After waiting 20mins, I had to approach the counter to ask if my order was received. I received a hasty response of yes. But still no food or service. Another 15mins later the spring rolls arrive. Thank goodness they were cooked. No sauces provided.

Another 15 mins passed. I checked in on my two bowls of Pho. I even gave them an out. If they hadn’t prepared it yet, I was happy to pay for my entree and leave. The pho arrived. Sadly it was so underwhelming. My special pho was no different from the rare beef bowl. Oh wait. I received one beef ball. I had to ask for the usual accompaniments. This is not Vietnamese pho as I know it. It was lacking depth and full flavour. But that wasn’t even my concern at this point.

I understand it’s newly opened and it’s difficult to find staff but you had 5-6 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. Without wanting to discriminate even myself, maybe you thought I was Vietnamese so it didn’t matter that you had to provide me with some service. As much as I want to support my fellow people, this is beyond even my belief....
