June 4, 2022 - 10/10 experience, a short blonde-haired girl served me the BEST sandwich i’ve ever had, and that’s really saying something considering i eat subway 12 times a week for a year straight. Trust me when i say this: subway lane cove is a MUST when looking for the right subway restaurant to go to because trust me, the moment you walk in, the music gives a sense of welcomeness, and additionally, the workers there all greet you with smiles and great attitude. i look forward to going here again tomorrow, monday, tuesday, wednesday, etc, and until the day i die. Also mango iced tea lemon iced tea.
June 5, 2022 - Yet again, another phenomenal experience. Although I have instead ordered via uber eats, the way that my food was packaged was undoubtedly perfect. Rumours have spread that the packaging here is unneat, but I must confirm that that is absolutely NOT the case. Went here for lunch—first and definitely last time. The owner, who I believe is Indian, was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic manners. No greeting, no smile, just an attitude like he’s doing you a favor by letting you eat in his place. I’ve never seen someone in hospitality behave like they despise having customers.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear they have no interest in making people feel welcome.
Service? What service? There was zero effort, zero respect, and zero sense of professionalism. It felt like I was being talked down to the entire time, like he thought he was too good to be running. If that’s the case, maybe he should find another line of work, one that doesn’t involve dealing with people.
I don’t support businesses where the owner treats people like garbage. Hospitality matters. Respect matters. Basic human decency matters.
You don’t get to run a business and act like your customers are beneath you. That’s not how it works. Learn how to serve or better yet, close up and spare others...

Throwing my selection roughly and messily into the bread. She wasn't listening and jumped the gun putting the completely wrong sauce on my sandwich, I asked her to remake the sandwich after she attempted to scrape it off my bacon and schnitzel. Rolling her eyes, she grabbed the schnitzel off and threw it in the bin only remaking the chicken portion, taking my poor old English cheese with it. I pointed out that the HOT SAUCE was still in the lettuce and my cheese was gone and i would like a new sandwich. She began to argue back rudely and aggressively how she had "scraped it off". After back and forth she called her manager, made a new sandwich bread and just chucked the contents of my old sandwich back into the new bread. I couldn't be bothered to deal with it any longer and left....
