Pho@Fairfield — Restaurant in Sydney

We were pretty disappointed Not only by the restaurant But also the food, I was already let down by this new restaurant after taking away the old one, The old restaurant had the best Food around, I would just come for the spring rolls, They were like the 2nd best place to get springrolls, and best Yum Cha, And it was a great place to have big family dinners, I loved the atmosphere It was like stepping back into a time machine to Vietnam, Not any more, now the Decor is pretty bland, basic, Tables are so small, you can't hardly move, We didn't realise that basically the only thing on the menu was a few Pho dishes, I don't eat Pho so got Springrolls, My 2 friends Both said it was the worst Pho they have had, And i wasn't happy with the springrolls at all, I was expecting what I use to get But now theres not much meat or flavour inside, Such a shame to see a great restaurant be changed to this disappointment I'm guessing to make room for more pokies, 2 stars One for the great customer service and One for the...

Outstanding Pho with Oustanding kind service . The pho soup is absolutely enjoyable with silky beautifully made noodles with your choice of tasty meat . I had brisket which is my favorite .The taste of the broth is on point with fresh herbs to add to the mix . Also try the yummy Pandan Ice Cream served with fresh fruit . It was one of the most smoothest ice creams I have ever tried in my life . I highly recommend dining here . You will be fed real authentic pho and given the utmost respectful service ever . Best pho in Sydney and more importantly, environmental so so good together with whole building, but price so normal- thought will pricy but not and very very nice service, not that kind of western professional(bit like procedure) but eastern warm and thoughtful.. and sincere love it~ hope I can...
