Pho Padstow — Restaurant in Sydney

Dropped into Pho Padstow on a rainy night during a power outage at home. Didn’t want to travel far, and this place came up with decent reviews, especially for their pho. I ordered the sliced beef and brisket pho ($16).

Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark. The portion had plenty of noodles but was a bit light on the meat, and the broth lacked the rich, deep flavour I’d expect from a great pho. This would have to be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too. Been getting takeaway from here for years but decided to bring some out of area friends to eat in tonight. We all absolutely loved every bite! The kids have never eaten so much! Beautiful people who ran it and their lovely kids so well behaved in the corner. We will be making this place our once a week takeaway from now on. Also the price is amazing!!! I went to this place a few months ago Then I took a couple of friends there after and we all agree on 3 things : Food was good, Service is excellent and The prices were more than reasonable ✅ The only down side (in my humble opinion) was it being a family business, it obviously lack men resources to improve the look of the place to have a chance to attract more customers.
