Piccolo Me Silverwater — Restaurant in Sydney

Monday morning on the fly and order a premade ham cheese tomato roll from the window. Meant to be a dash in dash out feed. Painfully slow cash register system, it takes an eternity for their entry, get my change. I thought she would just reach over and bag the sandwich, but no, she serves the next person, then gives instructions to the kitchen, and it takes nearly two minutes to get my roll. Three times they prompted me to get it toasted, no thanks I have to go. So get to my office and try and eat this wet, yes wet on the outside roll, bone dry in the inside, no butter, no mayo, no salt, no pepper, just a lump of dry tasteless bread with the tomato being sliced so thin I thought it was a photo of tomato. These two guys remade all 10 of my coffees that had been sitting there for 2-3hrs because I was trapped in a car park in Parramatta.

UberEats sent me to Piccolo Me Macquarie Street. I arrive there to find my order is not with them, they tell me it is likely at the George Street Piccolo Me. I arrive to find my order also does not exist there.

So on a hunch - after finally being released out of Eat Street Car Park after 2.5hrs I arrive at Piccolo Me Silverwater to be served by two absolute legends.

Extremely upset, I normally order through DoorDash and I get the hangover roll every time but the eggs I like them well done scrambled & I normally call this restaurant to ask them to make them scrambled, well today the guy who picked up the phone was so rude & told us that it’s been made already and that they are waiting on the driver, that could not be possible seeming I only sent through the order 3 minutes ago & they only accepted it 1 minute ago?! Then when I asked again the guy kept talking over me & was very evidently laughing with another girl whilst I was on the phone.

I work in hospitality and if I treated any of the customers like I was just treated I’d be fired, how dare you laugh and lie to a customer.. never...
