Oporto Silverwater Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

So a couple of months back, I came here for some chicken and chips. They were sold out because it was their half price night or something. If you know you’re going to have a special then cook more.

Most recently I came here to order something I saw on their website. It turns out I can’t order it at the store, but they can still make it and give it to me only if I “order ahead” and buy it online.

The staff are rude. They can’t communicate to the customer effectively because they don’t even understand how to do their own job. The speaker box is half broken in the drive through and you can barely hear and understand the staff just add another level of complexity.

After I finally ordered my food, I had to wait for everyone else behind me to get their food first before they finally bothered to start making my food and give me my food.

Moving forward, hire competent staff or train them, let your customers purchase the things you make in store or else people won’t be able to buy them and you won’t be able to make money.

And after all of that effort, the food tasted bland, the chicken was dry and the pathetic amount of chips were barely seasoned and undercooked. 0/5.

I think we all understand we are not getting a 5 star meal here. With that said the frosty encounter ordering was the least of my issues. I ordered a double Bondi meal. The meal came out quick, the chips were soaked in grease and soggy. When I opened the burger, there was 1 patty and a quater piece of chicken. When I went to the counter to inquire about the other piece of chicken the same frosty female server looked disinterested and moved the box to the pickup counter. Another bloke looked at the meal and I explained I was missing a fillet, he didn't understand, so another bloke had to explain the problem to him. It was only then it was rectified. The place was not busy, no napkins anywhere and the tables were dirty. I wouldn't recommend this...

I was very disappointed with my meal this afternoon, the employees served über drivers before the customer and basically ignored me until a couple minutes later. I seated down and wait for my food and it was probably 8:15pm and the employees said the store would be closing and only do take away but the website said closing at 10:30 so i don’t know which is lying, I bought a pulled chicken bowl and the chicken was dry, the bowl was half full and there was pieces of chicken brown inside, that is a health hazard. The tables were sticky and the employees wouldn’t even clean the left over scraps from other people.I get orportos every once an a while an usally is delicious from over stores but this is by far the most...
