Pink Diamond Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I've been to this restaurant several times now. Most recently I attended a birthday lunch with a big party. This was the second party I attended here. We did provide dietary requirements to the hosts as I am a vegetarian however there was no vegetarian option provided. We spoke with the staff who still charged full price (both bdays) yet gave nothing more than two vegetable spring rolls and only for one of us. I ended up eating 2-3 mouthfuls of boiled rice and onion from one of the dishes. Furthermore my mother asked the staff in the kitchen and I asked the staff on the floor if there was any pork in the food only to find out there was pork in the spring rolls! We had a bite unfortunately and as a Muslim we feel very upset and sick. My family and I are very upset but did not make a scene as we did not want to upset the birthday persons. Went for a birthday party. The service was horrible with us sitting there for an hour before getting to order. And that's after asking for someone to take our order. Everyone got moved from table to table because they didn't have common sense to join 2 tables for the 1 party. They tried charging us for drinks we brought with us despite also buying drinks at the restaurant. They also insisted we bring our own paper plates for the cake so they didn't have more washing up to do. The only saving grace, and why they didn't get 0 stars, is the food wasn't horrible (wasn't the best either) and the 1 male server there who usually tends the front dest actually served us and did his best. I love there dim sims but there beef satay is dry and never has enough sauce. Today I asked for extra sauce it cost me $5 more I’ve done this now 4 times and again they did not give me extra sauce. Today was worse cause I said to them before leaving are you sure they put extra sauce on my satay. They said yes!!!!! Does it look like extra sauce NO. But you take my money every time this is the 4th and last time I order extra sauce.
