Ordered half and Half pizza today. Vegetarian and Peri peri. Vegetarian has big thick chunk of chicken in it. When called store to inform, his reply was “ its happens, if you are extreme vegetarian then order separate.” Instead of apology or rectify the mistake, he defended himself. Because of his mistake, someone couldn't eat his dinner. Poor service.

Secondly, their online app allows 20% off on order even if you use multiple time. When i approached, he said why i am using code multiple time. I said because your app allows to do so. His reply is, we wont make your pizza next. As if it my mistake that app isnt...

As a regular customer of over five years @ Pitsa Bar Pizza 🍕 at Rosebery Sydney. I can honestly say that the quality of ingredients in the food product n preparation is excellent and always fresh. I always enjoy the food n arrangement of various types that they make with passion. The management and all staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable to assist there wide range of clientele. If your looking for that extra edge in pizza n pastas then I suggest you give them a go. My personal favourite is Chicken peri sauce pizza 🍕

I've been buying pizza from PITSA since they were opened. We had moved a couple of years ago and missed our old pizza eatery, and had reverted to Mascot's ("insert chain pizza name here") but since PITSA opened I am really happy with the consistent quality of pizza from PITSA. The base is a thinner style but great balance of moist and crispy crunch! Toppings are generous, but not wet or mushy. Great take on the supreme! I usually judge a pizzeria by their supreme, these guys don't disappoint... Highly recommend! Next I have to try the pasta! Thanks...
