Pizza and Co Arncliffe — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve called this Resturant to order pasta but for the lack of English of the person who answered the phone I had to switch to simple order which is PizZa because the person could not understand the order then I was told The Pizza ll be ready in 15 to 25 minutes And because I Leave five minutes away I start driving straight away Which is less than 20 minutes or 15 . When I got there the Pizz was already ready to collect???? !! But it was absolutely cold when i touched it ,I asked the sales person why my pizza is cold after 10 minutes since I ordered on the phone he said «oh do you want me to heat it to for you again? ». That was already been heated not cooked freshly as the pizza should to pay that premium dollars for something frozen then reheat. The pizza was test lees and saggy in the Middle Which is clearly been heated in the Microwave , The PizZa and chips and it to be Thrown in the water dinner for the fish . I don’t understand how business like this existed and people are still going there....

Great food... not so great service. It's difficult to leave a mixed review as I know it's difficult to run a small business - especially food. The food is fantastic, without doubt. But the customer service is frustratingly shambolic, 99% of the time. It would be funny if not so predictable, each time. Specifically ordering to pickup is the worst - always difficult to hear and the staff/owner trying to do two other things at the same time. Then when go to pickup always wondering what the confusion or mistake will be this time. If the food wasn't so good, I think I would give up on them. Great wedges and the best beef ribs. Pleeeease just make it less...

Their pizzas are amazing

First, the crust is delicious as the dough is done well, it is at the exact spot between crunchy and soft. It feels light, fermented, and delicious, and it smells good. Their ingredient taste fresh and also smell fresh. The pizzas taste like no excessive salt. I have been to many pizza places, this is the one place that ticks my box for "freshness and no salty taste".
