Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

I don't understand how come there still have Star options for the review. Really should be none of stars . I bought pizza and chicken wings for lunch with whole family. Kids were having Hawaiian. Me and my partner were having hot and spicy. My partner was had a bite on her second pieces. She found one dead fly inside pizza . Then we stop eating . I grab pizza and chicken wings . I went back to store . The shop manager is a lady . She checked on fly . And she told me she can swap new one for me . I told her that , I'm looking at refund whole order , after we see the fly . We feeling disgusting, how can we keep eating it . Then she said she only can refund that pizza only . I refused . Told her , you know what , now I'm not looking at refund any money. Then I left . Now its 13:38 am , my son telling me he stomach hurt. Kids doesn't know anything, they were asking me how was there pizza , because it's in same oven .

I published this review just to let everyone know . What's been happening, as a service, I don't think they have been provided good customer service and clean food . I have to let everyone see the photos of evidence , also I do believe council and fair trading need have a look into this . Make sure not happen to other customers.

Every time I order online Pizza delivery have been having trouble lately. Sending drinks which are Hot again tonight. Pizza hut might think it is ok to send hot drinks. Everyone would like a cold drink. I got my pizza order tonight and went to open it up. The pizza was stuck to the lid. Picture attached. The second pizza asked for no red capsicum. Got extra red capsicum and no green capsicum. Tried to ring pizza hut who put me through to store and got message to say that the stores voice mail was full. Previously a month ago I ordered pizza's from st marys. Still not here 2 hours later. Was unable to ring store as stores voice mail was full. I told the manger to fix this when I drove down to get my order. Tonight it was obvious that they do not want people to be able to ring the store. I think the stores voice mail is always full because they would be unable to deal with all the complaints that they would get. I would like pizza hut to refund my full purchase price tonight as compensation for having to take pizza back and wait for new pizza to be cooked. My husband placed an online order through the pizza hut app and the store apparently didn't receive the order (paid via Afterpay).

The staff member then told us to place the order again and when they go into their back of house system they will find the original order and will refund the first order.

We placed a second order only for the same thing to happen they said they didn't receive the order. We were told they would not make the order even though the payment had been approved and the first payment had come out of our account for both orders.

Afterpay has been trying to contact the store to refund our order however have not been able to get in contact with the store for nearly 2 weeks.

Afterpay can see that we placed the orders 15 minutes apart for the exact same amount and just wants to confirm with the store that they never received any orders on their end but have not been able to get a hold of the store.

I suppose were just going to have to pay for $80 worth of pizza that we didn't even recieve as everytime I try to call the store it rings out and says message bank is full.

Super disappointed as we used to order from this store all the time but won't be placing another order here after this whole debarkle.
