Pizza on the Horsley — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered a family size pepperoni pizza via Uber eats on the 11/10/24 I was unhappy with my pizza I got a burnt pepperoni pizza it had been in the oven for longer than it should be, I called the pizza place and someone gave me a mobile number to send the photo through which I did, and I got a reply saying “this is how all our pepperoni pizzas come out however, if you don’t like it this way next time write in the notes to undercook it” 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I mean there is no such thing as undercook pizza, it’s apparently a burnt pizza hello???? It ended up in the bin the next day it tasted like rubber!! Also the price they charge on Uber eats it’s way more expensive than when you actually buy yourself over the counter plus delivery fees, they don’t even consider the costs and also that I was actually expecting a good quality pizza to have as I was tired to cook and just got home from a hard day at work!! I won’t order from this place in the future I regret having to order from here!!!! If others had a good experience well unfortunately I certainly did not, I wasted my time calling you about it and hard-earned money wasted too!!! 😡 maybe this time you definitely upgrade to a new oven as it must be the ovens fault that made the pizza turned out...

As a long term supporting customer of this pizza place, I was very disappointed the last time I was served by the Manager on duty named Shisha. She not only stuffed up my order but basically raised her voice at me stating that she is never wrong and never stuffs up the orders. She suggested I was a liar and that I needed to send her pictures of the wrong pizzas delivered, she also wanted three dollars as the pizza I ordered and the pizza she supposedly was going to deliver differed by three dollars. Like what ever happened to ‘the customer is always right’, clearly not in this place. She never sent out replacement pizzas to my address as she said she was going to do. After waiting 1hr for home delivery, the pizza that arrived was the incorrect pizza. Called up shop to inform them. They said i would have to wait another 45 mins for correct pizza to be delivered. I decided to drive down and pick up pizza myself as this was the quicker option. Upon arrival, I was told that I should have contacted Menulog to submit a complaint for the delivery of the incorrect pizza when I had proccessed my order online at the pizza shop's website (I don't see the point contacting Menulog when they had nothing to do with my pizza order). When I tried to speak to shop owner instore upon picking up a replacement pizza, I was shooed away as he was too busy making other orders. They replaced the pizza but the customer service was disgusting. Will not buy...
