To begin with this place is extremely over priced and not so value of money. The naan was dry and hard, curries were very average.

To make things worse, they got my order wrong. I ordered through one of the ordering apps and these guys sent me the wrong item. When i called to get it changed. The solution they came up with was that when i order next time, i can order this particular item again for free. For real!! I ordered with you after 6 months and this happened. Do you really expect me to order from you again.

Now the person i spoke to had to call me back four times to come up with a solution. Finally they decided to remake my order and have it delivered. Initially they said they can't do delivery again and they wont even refund money for that particular food item. If i hadn't pushed for it, these guy would have got away with it.

Oh and they asked me to return the food item i had already opened upon receiving the right order. Like most other places will be like you can keep that item, we will make you the right one.

I've been in retail for over a decade and I can honestly tell you, these are some of the worst kinda customer service out there.

This is the kind of attitude some restaurants have, despite being at fault, they will make excuses to get out of the situations as such. Total waste of money for overpriced food and waste of peoples time. These guy totally ruined my night.

Highly NOT recommend them. Never coming back to these...

Okay, first things first, the food is delicious. I've had the butter chicken, palak paneer and shahi paneer on several occasions and it's been great every time. Only ever done pickup. Food aside, I've found the service to be not great. The girl at the front can be impolite and unhelpful at times. In addition, prices are crazy expensive. Not paying $28 for a standard sized container of butter chicken that they're calling "large". Or $24 for shahi or palak paneer. Get with it, that's insane. Although I will mention that $3.50 for a garlic naan is very reasonable. I just wish I could convince myself to keep going there because the flavour of the food is fantastic and tastes really authentic, but I just can't bring myself to pay at those price points for the portion sizes and service you get. Oh, and I specifically asked for mild curries this time so I could give some to my baby, and I understand that spice can be subjective but damn, it was still...

Bro plz dont play with peoples appetite for 12 bucks . Me and my wife had samosa chat from there , idk why they put aot of unnecessary sauces just to increase the quantity of the food. They had all those unhealthy sauces like emly, mint and something kind of raita . After we almost left more and half of the food which we couldnt finish as the samosa also didnt seem fresh , 15 minutes after that we both ended up in the toilet and had to go to toilet every 10 minutes. I always heard about food poisoning but never had it as my appetite is not that bad but thanks to this punjab resturant at mount druitt. .
