RAM’s Café — Restaurant in Sydney

I always order the same drink, but this time it tasted completely different. Before my order was made, they prepared something like a chai latte, and then used the same machine for my matcha. The taste was terrible. I told this to the barista, but instead of offering to replace my drink, they argued with me. Barista claimed the spoon and machine were cleaned, but I clearly saw they weren’t cleaned properly. When I tried to raise the issue further, I was told to speak with someone like I guess boss, but he just turned his back on me. It’s only a $6 drink, but it shows they don’t take cleanliness or customer satisfaction...

We ordered Donuts from here for my son's birthday and after picking them up all the icing had melted and soaked through the box. The actual donuts were disgusting too, they tasted like whipped lard. So I've never been back. But the other night a friend brought some slices for us. They looked nice but I'm assuming it was cheesecake tasted sour, like bad sour! And the choc hazelnut if that's what it was made us both feel physically ill. I will never let food from this place cross my lips ever again. My advice: avoid at all costs!
