Sushi Hub Fairfield — Restaurant in Sydney

So bad, that I had to walk out!!! The rice in the sushi, needs to be "fluffy" and not hard. Then, my favourite, being tuna, needs to be "fluffy", and not have that disgusting "fishy" taste. When it's "fluffy" it doesn't get caught in your throat, and have you almost choke. Nothing, food wise, in this shopping centre, is any good at all. It is amusing, for the premises, to want me to contact them, regarding my feedback. Here's a tip guys- Try your own sushi. Then spend some money and go and try proper sushi. If your trying to save money, by buying low quality goods, then expect to deserve comments like these. Life is not about trying to save and accumulate money. It's about passion, and if your food has no passion, go study or do something...

Newbies and first timers who comment on here, own a business and understand how hard these people work through covid! Through everything that’s going on and yes I’m looking at the privileged and entitled people people talking about paying a small amount of money to heat something up. Be happy it’s not MacDonalds your eating that rots your gut.

Sushi with the the best produce! Scallop flame...

Staff are always rude, I’m a regular customer there but whenever i go they never smile at my face and they know that i need my sushi in a box they always put it in a paper bag without even cutting it and if they cut it they still put in the bag not the box!!! They know that i always i get mad at them but they still do same thing last time I went they purposely said that they cleaned the cutter and can’t used it was only 4:30 where they close at 6pmmmm someone need to do something about this issue where they have the best sushi but poor customer service...
