Red Galangal Thai Restaurant Rouse Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

I have ordered food via menulog. Not delivered. Waited 1.5 hours ,yet no food,showed driver on the way,waited ouside my door no sign of driver. Called menulog they said driver said food is already delivered,and there was a sign on front of my door saying dont ring bell. I have no sign,i was outside waiting, no food arrived,i lost my money and no food! reply to owner* You delivered somewhere else. If i got your food why would i comment i didn't get it. I waited nearly 2 hours before i raised complaint on menulog. I was outside the door of my house during delivery tome mentioned, because i was hungry, thats the truth. I DIDNT GET MY FOOD! You come during day time and check the address and you will understand you delivered to the wrong house.

• Reply to owner again* I cant put my address on the internet. But i can give you a call and tell my address. You have my delivery address u can come to my home and check with me,u will understand that u delivered the wrong house. After it said on the menulog app food was delivered, i personally checked even my neighbor's house also by mistake u left there. I checked nearby 3 houses ,no food anywhere!!,you can come here and check,ring the bell and see me then u will understand u delivered elsewhere... i cant stress enough to say this to you....i didnt receive any food...

Original review: Strangely tonight all the restaurants we frequent in Rouse Hill were fully booked. We found this Thai restaurant tucked away off the main road. Wow.

Cant say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Very affordable and the atmosphere was very cozy.

Been back a few times.

Note that the service can be a bit slow, especially if it's crowded. So, would highly recommend take away.

My favorite is the beef Massaman curry or chicken Penang (with the roti it is amazing)

Edit: had to reedit and drop a star. This place became a regular for us but the last few times I think they may have changed chefs. The meat is now always cut larger and undercooked, the sauce is different and the roti are now hard and crusty, actually the worst roti ive ever had. I hope they fix what they changed.

Edit x2: haven't been in here in a while. Dropped another star. Food wasn't what it used to be, but now theyve also dropped their portion sizes and increased prices. Food just average now. Was originally 5 star, then 4 star, now 3 star. Should I try again? At least it's not...

Its was 5 star until the so called manager interacted. The lady who took my order was very polite and helpful. I was by myself and ordered $43 worth of food and was fancy for a spring roll. I asked for 2 as its too much to have 4 as per the menu. The lady was helpful who took my order and she said she will give me 2 even the menu says its a 4 pack as its too much food for one person. After 5 mins this so called manager rudely said even the waitress accepted the order she cant provide 2 spring rolls as if I wanna have it I need to take 4. I wasnt worried about the $9 but as a manager in a restaurant dont have the courtesy to help a customer Im not sire is she suitable...
