What a great place to visit with kids. You can enjoy your coffee / breakfast while the kids have fun. Our 2 year old loved being at the Crocs Rouse Hill and there were many things to keep him engaged. Pretty good toddler area for under 4 years with 3 slides, trampoline, swing, quirky tunnels, etc,. Best part was our toddler was able to try out all the slides, climb ups, bouncy castle etc for bigger kids as well and he loved it and kept going back. Paid car rides are really good too especially because the cars are big enough and parents can ride with their kids. Car rides are not included in the ticket price but it was worth it. Bike trail is great with plenty of bikes but it felt a bit unsafe for kids to be riding bikes where other kids are running around even without their shoes on. Highly likely to cause accidents of kids on bikes running over kids running around in the trail. It would be much better to build kerb like boundaries for the bike trail to make it safe. Polite staff, great location with plenty of car parking available. Expect to spend atleast a good 4-5 hours as the kids want to keep playing. Good workaround for parents too going up and down...
Read moreOur 2 kids had fun here today and were under 4, so were playing in the toddler section. Lots of fun things in this section for varying ability. Probably the biggest problem was that there were a lot of kids older than 4, some up to 8yrs old in the toddler section. They were jumping on the trampoline and climbing up the slide access section. I was concerned about my youngest being injured by one of the big kids who were not supposed to be in there. All of the signs say that adult supervision is required but there were so many tables filled with adults just letting their kids run wild. I'd say that these were the parents of the kids in the wrong section. I don't know how this can be fixed but it's not fair on the little kids just trying to have fun. The male toilet was apparently dirtier than a toilet at a pub. The female toilet was ok. We didn't try the food but it looked like they had variety and plenty of families were happily having lunch. Overall, I would still come back and just keep a very close eye on...
Read more!!! Beware !!! This emergency door is not alarmed, weighted or visible. During a visit today a child opened this door and got stuck on the other side of the door. The mother was asking other visitors of the center had seen her son. Lucky the young child stood on the other side of this door and was yelling out in tears that after a few minutes another mother was able to find him. This emergency door opens onto a loading dock for other shops in the center. This incident could of been seriously worse then what happened today. Disgusting response from staff and manager of the Center. No staff assisted in the search for the child and after the young man was found the mother was advised that the door shouldn’t opened. No reports filled or no details of the mother and son taken by the center. As a parent will not be returning to this crocs center. Please beware of the safety of your children and this hidden back door out of sight from...
