Without doubt this was the worst takeaway food restaurant We have ever been to ANYWHERE. the place was filthy. Chairs were stacked one on the other. One customer had to take a chair off the stack. The tables were dirty. We decided to go to the outer area and OMG That was worse than inside. The tables and chairs hadn’t been clean for a very long time. They were covered with dust and you definitely wouldn’t sit on the filthy chairs. We were out of our area. It was lunch time and we needed to eat. My husband ordered a roast dinner. It came in the tiniest box. It looked like a children’s portion. It was almost inedible. Nothing like we’ve had at our local Red Rooster My chicken was dry ….I didn’t eat it. The chips were awful too. The young lady that served us was very pleasant, however the service was awful…..waited too long as did other customers she apologized to 2 people sitting near us for a long delay. They were there before us. She said as an apology, they had given them a large serving of chips. There was another older couple there that had the same reaction as us. Dissatisfied.. This place at. Lock the front door, laughing and joking while customers are waiting. Can't get the order right after going through drive through twice. 36 mins and after 3rd time in drive through the girl on the intercom says we are closed, then says I don't cook the food in reference to the error then says it is going to take a really long time to fix the order and when I tell her take your food back and refund the money her response is talk to someone else I don't get paid to put up with your s--t. I pull the manager up and he says I don't know what to do, won't give names of anyone on duty, tells me the name Tricia on the receipt is the name of the cash register and gives me a mobile phone number of a supposed Store Manager. While the other staff are all hiding after running their mouth. The owner can respond back with we are sorry for your experience generic response all they want but if this is reflective of their hiring capabilities then best to stay away. Google need to give the option for -1 stars for special establishments like this one. At least hire staff who can count past 10 fingers when they are putting items...

I ordered a large Ripper Classic combo and 6 nuggets $25.69 meeting there 25.00 min for delivery. When delivered they left out the Ripper the main part of the meal, i thought no big deal ill ring and they would drop off. NOT the case, they dont have there own drivers there using Doordash so its not possible. I said just give me a refund again thats not possible, so im out 9.49 and cant even get a refund. The girl on the phone said i can drive out and she will give me a refund or the Ripper itself. Very poor on RedRoosters part, how can you offer delivery. Im just glad it was a small order. The girl on the phone was friendly but there was nothing she can do unless i drive there. Not very good during these times where some people arnt able to leave there home due to covid.
