I visited your Moorebank store for the 3rd time, thinking we had finally found a great takeout spot, but I was wrong. The quality of the food has gone downhill quickly, with the freshness now less than mediocre and the burgers served cold.
Now, letās talk about the issue of overcharging customers. You charge $2 for a squirt of sauce on the chips for a kidsā nugget meal, but not if itās on the nuggets. What the actual F! When I raised this with your āmanager,ā who had no people or customer skills, she insisted thatās how itās done. She even tried to tell me that the squirt on the chips was the exact amount of sauce as your small tub. Hahaha, really? Well, she needs a reality check. We even had other customers come over to our table to talk about the same problem and how inflexible you are about your meals. Your service is rubbish.
So feels like Frangos is all about stealing from the customer even after you pay $60+ for the meals. Really, this is how low and desperate you people are! I have never been charged for sauce with a kidsā meal before!
The quality of service, food, and what you offer is poor. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. At the end of the day, it's not about the $2 or $4, it's about common sense and how, when your staff are questioned, they are not trained to apologise or take action without being told what to do. There's no consistencyāone day you're not charged, the next day you are. Nowhere is it stated that you get charged for kids' meal sauces.
Since you cannot reply to the response
Your response is so poor. Loaded fries? 𤣠Are you kidding me? You donāt get the point, do you? Why would we be charged when the kids didnāt get the complimentary sauce, nor did your manager explain that to us? First thing she did was charge us! Ching ching money making!
They put the sauce on the chips, so the charge depends on what part of the food you put the sauce on? What a laugh! Your business model seems focused on finding ways to steal from customers, and itās clear from the reviews and customer feedback last night!
This is what happens when businesses are run by uneducated people who cannot educate the children who work there, as is evident from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to FRANGO for first time, went to drive through. Ordered original burger combo and half chicken combo and crispy pork belly.
Service: I liked the new girl working there (sorry didn't get her name) and appreciated the recommendation from the staff that was training and guiding the new girl there, that staff member has recommended me few dishes clearly and specifically and understandable. I really appreciate the service those two staff (new and old) had provided to me.
Food: Unfortunately, wasn't what I expected....in comparison to other customer's reviews saying food is good, to me the food is average. Chips are just like Macca's chips. Except in comparison their chips are hot. Unlike Macca's chips being just warm or luke-warm most of the times. I wonder if FRANGO can change their type of chips they use in future. Make it crispier perhaps?? Original burger was average. At least the chicken in there wasn't too dry. Half chicken had seasoned skin, but the chicken itself was too dry. Pork belly was too big, and the skin wasn't crispy, it was chewy. And for the crispy pork belly, may suggest the size to be smaller by cutting it in half? For each piece you put in the container or a plate? So it makes it look like it's bite sized and more appetizing??š¤ If you don't know what I mean, take a look at crispy pork belly they do in Hong Kong dishes and even try it if possible. Best one is at Cabra Vale Diggers club at the District 8 which is beside the yumcha called "Horizon". Non members can also dine in. Have it with noodles with or without soup. Or have it with steamed rice.
Sadly, the best thing i had today was the pineapple Fanta. But I will be back to try other things on the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff at this restaurant blamed my friend and got angry just because she picked up two orders from the same place. He(staff) said she had no common sense, which was very unprofessional and rude. As an Uber driver, she just follow the appās assignments. He said thatās the restaurantās policy, then he should explain the policy not just blame her āyou donāt have common sense.ā
A person who truly lacks common sense is someone who gets angry and blames a stranger without reason, and then doesnāt even apologize.
This kind of attitude makes it difficult for delivery drivers to do our job.
Because of this experience, we will never go back to that store. The staff member in question is a man who works around 1 or 2 p.m. on weekdays. If I were the manager, I would make sure to train him to have the right attitude towards customers and drivers. Otherwise, why would customers keep coming back? Who would want to return to a place where theyāre criticized for lacking...
