Grace is an absolute asset to your team.

I've been a dino's customer for over 10 years. Originally GP store when we lived there but now in Jamisontown the last 4 yesrs.

I was sooo excited to see them open a shop at Southlands! Food isn't as amazing as GP but still yummy.

The last few times I called and ordered takeaway, the order was wrong. I called and let them know, which they handled fabulously every time.

Same thing happened again last week and I was decided after I called them to let them know, I'll just find another place because it was becoming a little frustrating.

When I called, Grace answered and I explained the hiccup as well as mentioned keeps happening. She was unsure at first why the docket said something different to what I always order.

She then identified the computer error amd rectified it. She made sure of this when asking me to call back to confirm.

Thank you Grace. You're fabulous in every way.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad over the phone and asked for no cheese. The guy seemed very nice. However when we came to pick it up, the lady gave it to us and said sorry we put cheese on but said it was just on top but actually was all throughout the salad. My partner and I booked Dinos mobile pizza to cater our engagement party of 100 people.

We went with the gourmet pizza selection.

The pizza was amazing!!! All of our guests complimented how yummy it was and the options available.

Our guests were also super excited to be able to take home the extras at the end of the night.

10/10 recommend such a positive experience all round....
